The shuttle is very punctual and the staff was so welcoming

I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Mercure Hotel. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent. I would also like to encourage others to give them an opportunity to serve you, as their hospitality and service are truly outstanding. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast with omelets made to order and everything of high quality. The hotel is on a busy road, but you can't hear anything and the beds are comfortable.

Team was super flexible and friendly. I showed up early and they were able to accomodate me.

It was so good i can't mention. Honestly before this place the last time i stayed was at Raffles wafi mall or something but this place is way better than raffles wafi. Zero complaints. Amazing and definitely worth it. Value for money too

Very comfortable and modern room with ample facilities.

The room and bathroom are spacious. Walking distance from metro terminal 1 although it takes a while to navigate. Free shuttle to the airport in the morning 6.10am which happens to fit my flight at 8.10am.

Attention was fantastic. Thanks to welcome sweets Kim and min I really appreciated the effort. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety kudos to all chefs. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds... but we managed on site. Housekeeping is great 👍 Reception is friendly. Restaurants had delicious food but only the service is below 5star from the entrance of the restaurant not greeting and smile, but food is perfect

The leela hotel is in good location, nearest to city centre and metro station..in that neighbours many good restaurants available...I'll going there again..

They celebrated my birthday over to days. First day was a chocolate bday cake with strawberry and sparkles with napkin and cutlery. Next day there was a bday cake made out of towels and candles and balloons with confettti on the bed. Beautiful memory for my bday. The hotel was perfect all amenities l, safe and tour guide facilities. Exceeded my expectations.

The Moldovian girl at the reception is exceptional, she knows how to cheer up a guest and leaves a positive impression on a person. As a hotel employee who meets a guest first copes with her task very well
