staff are friendly and helpful

The hotel's compound is very well arranged with good access from rooms area to beach and pool area. The beach area is friendly for kids and swimmers. I liked the sea view from the balcony and a grocery shop not far from the hotel. The vicinity around the hotel was not overcrowded. My option was with breakfast and dinner.

I enjoyed the hotel's breakfast – it was not only good but also offered a healthy and diverse selection, enhancing my overall stay.

Outstanding and helpful staff! I specifically want to praise the employees Princess and Maryam for their exceptional willingness and professional attitude when they helped us find and return two lost personal items (including an important handbag containing money). Their honesty and speed exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is clearly managed with a strong focus on customer service.

Everything was fine. Its not so far from the airport and the taxi is cheap. Also all the people were fine and nice. The guy on the entrance (he said he is from Bangladesh) helped us a lot with informations.

Very good value for money, clean and comfortable, 15min from the airport and surrounded by shops and supermarket. Staff very polite and professional. Complimentary water in the room when you arrive. Highly recommend

Helpful staff, I was there for a few hours. I had to go to the airport to check-in at 4am in the morning, the receptionist give me a wake up call and was ready with a taxi for me. The helper came up for my luggage and put it in the taxi. I did not move a muscle. Very good service. Everything organized check-in and out. Will recommend.

Upgraded our room to one bed room with complementary breakfast. The room design and facilities was perfect with a good view to see. It was only 3 min walk to city centre!

A wonderful place to stay in Sharjah! The staff were so friendly and welcoming (especially Rita!) and happy to help us out with any requests. The first room we arrived at smelt of cigarettes, but they were happy to move us to a new room within minutes! When I needed to print out a document, they were happy to help out at reception. The rooms were quiet and spacious and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
