This is a new hotel, every facility is new and smells rich. Very comfortable. The room i booked had a single bed, nice view of the area. Big smart tv. Internet is great. Provisions were enough. Shower gel, comb, sewing kit, shower caps, room slippers, body cream, dental kits and so many. The surroundings were great with a whole lot of places to eat, relax and I enjoyed the five guys meal I had. This location is good for families with kids a d also for partners looking to have a romantic times together.

The hotel staff were very attentive and gave me a room with a view of the Lagoon even though I hadn't paid for it. It was very nice.

It's was a very pleasant stay.. Stayed for 10 days. All staffs were very helpful. Specially Uzman and his other colleague who always helped to park the vechiles. The rooms and other facilities are excellent..

My one-night stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I booked, the staff (especially the lovely lady at the front desk) went above and beyond. I was completely surprised and delighted to find a birthday cake waiting for me, and to top it off, they even upgraded my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday truly special. The room itself was wonderful, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail!

I loved the location and the enjoyable facilities

The facility was well maintained staff were friendly specially the egyptian Mr. EHAB in the reception , he was very welcoming and helpful and doing tge extra mile. Definitly once we return back to uae we will check again to this facility

The receptionist - a Sudanese man - I believe his name was Nadir or Ajir. Extremely helpful. You could see that he enjoys his work.

Everything good customer service

Perfect location, a few steps from the promenade, close to everything. The room was spacious and very comfortable, a view (19th floor) was amazing. Swimming pool was also great. Profesional and friendly staff, especially Ms Paula from the reception, and also Faisal and Islam from housekeeping. They took care that our stay was comfortable and nice.
