Hotels near Union Square Metro Station, Dubai

I was treated exceptionally well and I got some help I requested which is giving me an additional good impressions.

Helpful and friendly staffs. Breakfast was really good. Perfect location. I lost my camera at taxi, Reception team helped us and located the camera within few hours. Thank you so much

Customer service was fantastic and the place is very secure and quiet. We were there on a Saturday night and despite the 3 bars onsite you could hear absolutely nothing. Air conditioning was great also. Place has 24 hr reception and room service which is always a plus. We stayed as we were transiting through Dubai and we had no problems having a shower and plenty of well needed sleep. Market on the walk to the Metro was close and a bonus treat for us. Very delicious food and lots of bargains. Would stay here again. Also was able to check in around 1pm despite normal checkin of 2pm with no extra charge. Thank you

Stay was good staff all are friendly Bloshca ruhi and Hasmark

Near to the Food and transport specially metro

Excellent service Top location

Strategic location: access to everything. Comfy beds. Clean and well-lighted room. Walking distance to both red and green metro lines.

Very nice staff with good environment and very neat and clean room with reasonable price.

Clean, convenient and adequate services

I really liked this hotel and I recommend it. Especially location is fantactic (near Union station - red and green line of metro). Room was cleaned every day and stuff was very helpful (I could keep my suitcase in reception till the evening, when my plane was leaving). Very good choise, if you look for good location, pleasant stuff, and clean room together with a good price.

It was a great experience. Nice room and good service

Very cool hotel great rooms and especially the staff. Thank you to the reception staff Yasim and Samrin.

Staff are very professional, kind, and responsive. Breakfasts were delicious.

I liked day staff but not night staff in the reception, they were not as good as our expectations.

Very nice staff, Good and clear environment

Everything about the stay was amazing. Unfortunately the pictures on Booking.com don’t do justice to the property. The rooms are very nice, the bed was very comfortable. Now I must say the shower was out of this world. Very spacious, with the rain shower made for a therapeutic shower each time. Staff was amazing. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is nearby to al rigga metro station situated on the red line and all the major attractions are easily accessible. The hotel was clean, room was clean with a mini bar, bathtub and security safe. The staff was polite and welcoming. They also have a spa onsite.

Well maintained by dedicated personnel. Kudos to them and their dedication hospitality.
