Hotels near Union Square Metro Station, Dubai

I was treated exceptionally well and I got some help I requested which is giving me an additional good impressions.

My stay here was very pleasant. The staff were extremely polite, and the lady at the reception was especially kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping mall and a metro station.

overall all is good tasty food and tea. reception is freindly and all staff is good , i am shocked why the hotel rating in down i think u mist try this . Ammad ur rehman

The Location was excellent and the hotel was very well appointed. The room view was superb... Initially we sought to take one of the offered upgrades, but there was an issue and we were unable to process it... we emailed the excellent Muzaffar Khan - Assistant Front Office Manager and tried to resolve, due to miscommuncation , unsuccessfully. However when we arrived the excellent Mr Khan, made it his business to discuss the miscommunication and solve the issue on the spot. He could not have been more helpful. understanding or thougtful in his approach and solution which was very fair and more than acceptable. A fantasctic ambassador for the hotel and the industry and shining example for all of the staff, obviously well managed by Mr Khan , who were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were exceptional as was the breakfast choice..

The room was very big and the bed was very comfortable. There's a nice gym and a lot of options for breakfast. There are plenty pf shops around the hotel and the staff are very friendly, especially the staff at the reception.

The breakfast was excellent, they made my usual eggs on time and the waiters were so nice. Imran made sure I have my breakfast packed since I had a morning flight.that was soo thoughtful. They offered me a rose on my birthday.

Food was very delicious and staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great, on time. Reception staff very helpful.

The hotel is nearby to al rigga metro station situated on the red line and all the major attractions are easily accessible. The hotel was clean, room was clean with a mini bar, bathtub and security safe. The staff was polite and welcoming. They also have a spa onsite.
