Hotels near Al Rigga Metro Station, Dubai

The room provided to us had a old washroom. The toilet seat was stained. Titles and everything gave a impression that it needs an upgrade. Cockroaches were also in the room with old and stained carpets.

Overall, I had a great experience at Al Sarab hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend Al Sarab Hotel.

I had a wonderful long stay at this property. The staff—including reception, housekeeping, and security—were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. A special thanks to Saleh for his exceptional support throughout my stay. The location is excellent, close to Metro lines, with 24/7 grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

I stayed here for a few nights and was genuinely surprised how good the value is. First of all, the location is perfect — literally a few minutes’ walk from the metro station, so you can get anywhere in the city fast without dealing with taxis or traffic. The hotel itself is way better than what you normally get in Dubai for this price. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The rooftop is a big bonus — I spent a lot of time by the swimming pool, which has a great vibe and is perfect for relaxing after a long day. And I have to mention the staff. Syed and Asha were fantastic. They helped me with an early check-in and even arranged a late check-out, which made my stay so much easier. Super friendly, super professional — they really made me feel welcome. Overall, if you’re looking for the best value for money in Dubai, this is the place. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Your staff during the time I processed my booking, all were very accommodating (to gentlemens I talk over the phone- Closing shift receptionist I guess) I like it how they kept me assured with my booking and when we arrived at the place they even remembered that it was me who had few calls regarding with my booking and they even upgraded our room to suites. You’ve really exceeded our expectations and we really appreciate that. Actually I recommend already the hotel to some of my friends. Keep it up guys!
