I had an amazing stay. They allowed me to check in a bit early since my flight landed before the official check-in time. While I was waiting for my room to be ready, Mr. Zilaini kindly offered me coffee and snacks. He was always available to help and provide information. The in-room services were excellent, including a fruit basket, coffee, and dates. The room was quiet and clean. The bathroom had plenty of shampoo, body wash, and toiletries—unlike many other hotels. The hotel is also conveniently close to the ladies’ prayer area, about a 7–9 minute walk. Overall, the stay was amazing.

The hotel was very clean and had a very nice smell when coming in, with a brand new model design to it, the hotel staff was very friendly and when I needed assistance regarding a last minute taxi to Jeddah to catch my flight the manager was super helpful.

I recently had the privilege of staying at the luxurious Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa. With an establishment that clearly prioritizes opulence and elegance, my experience was a blend of highs and minor setbacks. From the outset, the property's design and facilities truly resonate with grandeur. My room was nothing short of a sanctuary – exceptionally clean, abundantly comfortable with a bathroom setup that's unparalleled in its appeal. However, a couple of issues marred my otherwise delightful stay. The first was the overpowering sound from a wedding party. Despite being on the third floor, the music was so loud it impeded my sleep. Though the staff was understanding and promptly moved me to the fifth floor, it was an inconvenience that shouldn't have occurred in the first place at such a prestigious hotel. The second matter of concern was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in both rooms. For those sensitive to or disliking the scent of smoke, this can be rather off-putting. On the gastronomic front, both dinner and breakfast were astounding. The buffet is diverse and lavish, making every meal an exciting culinary journey. However, a small suggestion for the management would be to elevate the coffee experience at breakfast by opting for quality coffee beans and fresh milk. In conclusion, the Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa certainly ranks high on the list of luxury accommodations. The attentive and courteous staff is its crown jewel. While my feedback points out areas of potential improvement, it's worth noting that the overall experience was top-notch. Here's to hoping they take this feedback constructively and continue striving for unparalleled excellence.

Bravo to the staff from the Kirchen. Very good meals. The Location from the Hotel is perfect. In 10 to 20 Minuten you are in Downtown or at Yas Island.

Yahan ki har shaam suqoon wali aur har subha khshnuma hai. Yahan ki matti bhi qeemiya hai, yahan ki hawa mai tazgi, sehat aur rooh ka suqoon hai. Loved everything visiting my daughter , which we've done for last five years on numerous occasions throughout the year .only negative I have we bidded for upgrade coming out and we're accepted, but on way back we're told we were out bidded only to find there was to empty seats in buissness class but for some reason your airline would rather they stayed empty instead of accepting a £1320.00 bid doesn't make buissness sense to me .

The hotel was excellent.

The hotel was excellent. It was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. The best thing about the hotel was its Sudanese staff. They were extremely kind, respectful, and professional, with outstanding manners and a welcoming attitude. The location was great, the parking was convenient, and the surrounding area was beautiful. Overall, everything about this hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Lots to see ,charming people, great weather, book small boats to travel to different sites . Ferry to Elephantine island very easy . Like in Luxor buildings are flying up so maybe next year I wouldn’t recognise where I had been. There seems to be no stopping of building work or rather the buildings stop unfinished to avoid tax

I am writing to share some recommendations for exploring Yanbu. There are many wonderful places to visit in the city, including the Flower Festival and the various beaches, which are very clean and well-maintained. The city also offers great opportunities for boating.fishing and lot more , Above all, Yanbu is known for being clean and peaceful, with very little traffic jam, making it a pleasant place to travel through.

The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.

I wouldn't rate it 5 star hotel at all. 3 star is good for them outside swimming pool 24 hours dirty inside swimming pool only as they saying open only weekend! breakfast u must wait in line for 1 hour to get inside! there are no facility for kids , only kids club and not worth it at all.

A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

Everything, bad attitude from the Egyptian guy on the phone,...

Everything, bad attitude from the Egyptian guy on the phone, he shouted at me when I just ask about the location, because the name of the hotel is different from the one on booking!! No hot water in the bathroom, though it was cold weather. It is totally overpriced and not worth the money !! I don't recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zaha Al Munawra.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zaha Al Munawra. The hotel offers a comfortable and peaceful environment, making it an excellent choice for visitors. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to the Prophet's Mosque and nearby facilities. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my stay and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the hotel. I would gladly recommend Hotel Zaha Al Munawra to anyone visiting Madinah and look forward to staying here again in the future.
