Cleanliness and staff cooperation

I started my trip to Saudi Arabia in Riyadh and ended it in Riyadh. If I had known about this hotel, I would have started here. The room is very large and beautiful, and despite the windows being closed as always, the air is fresh. Quiet room, with safe and good Wi-Fi. Great location, close to restaurants and the city center. Great staff and excellent service. There was a plate of fruit in the room, as well as Saudi coffee and dates. And at the reception, there are always juices, dates and tea. Breakfast with many delicious options. Good gym and sufficient size. Congratulations.

Our stay is worth the money we pay for. Very clean and big room. The staffs are very accommodating and kind. The location also is good not too far from the center. All in all everything is very great! We will definitely book again in the hotel.

New, beautiful, extremely clean hotel, with very friendly staff. We arrived early, extremely tired, and they gave us the room very quickly, they didn't wait for the check-in time, we appreciated that a lot. In the center, close to the metro. I highly recommend it! The property is absolutely exceptional. I travel very frequently and across the globe and I must say I have never stayed in a hotel so well thought out, so modern, so comfortable and convenient to the point that images do not even do it justice. This is an absolute gem in the heart of Riyadh. I do not have enough words of praise for this hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travellers out there. It is modern, cozy, brand new, elegant.

I recently had the privilege of staying at the luxurious Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa. With an establishment that clearly prioritizes opulence and elegance, my experience was a blend of highs and minor setbacks. From the outset, the property's design and facilities truly resonate with grandeur. My room was nothing short of a sanctuary – exceptionally clean, abundantly comfortable with a bathroom setup that's unparalleled in its appeal. However, a couple of issues marred my otherwise delightful stay. The first was the overpowering sound from a wedding party. Despite being on the third floor, the music was so loud it impeded my sleep. Though the staff was understanding and promptly moved me to the fifth floor, it was an inconvenience that shouldn't have occurred in the first place at such a prestigious hotel. The second matter of concern was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in both rooms. For those sensitive to or disliking the scent of smoke, this can be rather off-putting. On the gastronomic front, both dinner and breakfast were astounding. The buffet is diverse and lavish, making every meal an exciting culinary journey. However, a small suggestion for the management would be to elevate the coffee experience at breakfast by opting for quality coffee beans and fresh milk. In conclusion, the Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa certainly ranks high on the list of luxury accommodations. The attentive and courteous staff is its crown jewel. While my feedback points out areas of potential improvement, it's worth noting that the overall experience was top-notch. Here's to hoping they take this feedback constructively and continue striving for unparalleled excellence.

The location is unbeatable, right next to the metro station. The room was spotless and very comfortable. What truly made the experience stand out was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. The stay exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely choose to stay here again whenever I come back to Riyadh.

Staff very welcoming upon checking in. Room was very large, clean and tidy and had a nice bathroom. Parking can be found either directly outside of the hotel or on the surrounding streets without a problem. Excellent location in the center of Riyadh - almost all points in the city reachable within 30-40 mins in a car. I was travelling as a solo tourist from Europe and I would recommend to tourists in Riyadh.
