From the moment we arrived, the service at the Front Office was outstanding. Ali and Faisal were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful. They went the extra mile by upgrading us to a Junior Suite, which made our family stay even more comfortable. Their attitude, efficiency, and genuine care deserve special recognition. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, offering ample space for a family and a high level of comfort. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options, fresh and well presented, making mornings enjoyable for both adults and children. The swimming pool area was fantastic, with warm water and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Parking was very convenient, and the location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to key areas in Riyadh. Overall, this was a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and business travelers alike, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Riyadh. Modern hotel with all the amenities in wonderful location close to shopping and restaurants. The gym and spa were truly amazing. The sauna, jacuzzi and spa amenities were one of the best and truly made the stay enjoyable and the gym and spa open 24h.

I had a pleasant experience at the Ewaa Express Hotel. The location is lively and central with many dinning and shopping options nearby. Its a walking distance to the popular kingdom tower. There is also a metro station few meters away. The breafast was great with many options and replenishment was steady. The room is very nice with comfortable bed, pilows and beddings. There is also a kitchenette with micro wave and dishes and cutleries provided.
