Everything was right, especially the staff of the front desk Ms. Sarah and Ms. Seham they were so gelpfull

Ovi is a wonderful person, his personal attention and service is superb and made breakfast the best part of the day. He is an excellent ambassador for the hotel. The buffet was delicious and I really loved the nice soft background music, both pleasant and adding a touch of class. I chose the hotel for the proximity to the national museum but ended up loving everything about the hotel - the lobby is beautiful (and Umar from the lobby café very nice), and the fitness room great. Would love to come back!

It was my first time visit to Riyadh Saudi and i guess I got the best hotel. Room was so big and with all amenities Will stay again

From the moment we arrived, the service at the Front Office was outstanding. Ali and Faisal were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful. They went the extra mile by upgrading us to a Junior Suite, which made our family stay even more comfortable. Their attitude, efficiency, and genuine care deserve special recognition. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, offering ample space for a family and a high level of comfort. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options, fresh and well presented, making mornings enjoyable for both adults and children. The swimming pool area was fantastic, with warm water and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Parking was very convenient, and the location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to key areas in Riyadh. Overall, this was a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and business travelers alike, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Riyadh. Thank you to the entire team — and special thanks again to Ali and Faisal for making our stay exceptional.

I’ve read so many positive reviews about Dina, and I completely agree—her attitude, professionalism, and amazing energy truly make every guest’s experience special and memorable. Breakfast was fantastic! Mr. Nasr Aldin greeted guests every morning with a smile, and Chef Ahmed ensured the food was perfect. The restaurant team consistently delivers an impressive experience. A special mention to Mohamed and the housekeeping team for their quick and efficient work—the rooms are always spotless! Room service was excellent too—fast, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, an unforgettable experience thanks to the incredible staff who go above and beyond for all their guests!
