From the moment we arrived, the service at the Front Office was outstanding. Ali and Faisal were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful. They went the extra mile by upgrading us to a Junior Suite, which made our family stay even more comfortable. Their attitude, efficiency, and genuine care deserve special recognition. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, offering ample space for a family and a high level of comfort. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options, fresh and well presented, making mornings enjoyable for both adults and children. The swimming pool area was fantastic, with warm water and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Parking was very convenient, and the location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to key areas in Riyadh. Overall, this was a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and business travelers alike, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Riyadh. The location is unbeatable, right next to the metro station. The room was spotless and very comfortable. What truly made the experience stand out was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. The stay exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely choose to stay here again whenever I come back to Riyadh.
