Perfect place to stay with small kids, from 0 to 7 yo i think, we went with out 2.5 yo and she had a blast, besides we enjoyed it as well, as it was easy fir us to entertain her and be entertained ourselves)) the whole place is perfectly planned - quite spacious to have several pools, playgrounds, big restaurant and bars, but not too big, to get tired with a small kid, accessible for the strollers everywhere, quite green.
The best of all was the room (we had suite), it was like a small apartment with separate bedroom and leaving room, both had tvs, also there was separate wardrobe room. The balcony was spacious
Food was quite ok, there was always a choice of healthy options as well as deep fried and sweet. Drinks were quite ok too, drinkable, not a great wine or juice, but ok to relax, cocktails had terrible colors, never tried them)) if you prefer quality spirits it’s better to take upgraded option for 14€/day.
Ahh, and the entertainment team was trying superhard to entertain, the kidd were happy with disco and a Panchi shark))
There is also a adult-only part of the hotel, but it’s quite reduced, I wouldn’t go there.

The apartment was clean, had a kitchen area, comfy twin beds, air conditioning and a small patio. It was quiet with little neighbour noise. The beach was a 5 minute walk and so were the shops and restaurants. I made our breakfast every day and we bought take away meals to microwave. The supermarkets were well stocked with tea, coffee, beer, bread and water. In March we got afternoon sun and saw beautiful sunsets. It was OK for a last minute getaway.

San Augustin is right on 2 beautiful beaches & not so crowded. I stayed at Corallium by Lopssan & this was a hotel right on the beach. Excellent hotel The whole area was quiet with good restaurants & small supermarkets too. I would recommend this place in the south of Grand Canary as the other beaches are very crowded. Good swim beach & very safe too

Away from the crowded / built-up centre of Playa del Ingles / Maspalomas. It has all the amenities without the hustle and bustle.
Excellent restaurants and a great beach.
You can stroll or run on the promenade. Or walk around a curvy coastline overlooking the sea.

Not a huge number of great independent restaurants (many as part of hotel) & unlike spain generally they don’t open late (hotels restaurants closed at 9)which caught us out 1 night . Nice one at far end of San Agustin past Corallium Beach hotel under los balcones had good food excellent fish, paella langostines etc . Coupe of places to get wide choices of ice cream. Easy to get to supermarkets, 3 within 4 min walk.
Is a shopping centre with touristy / sone clothes type shops. Quiet area or was at Easter. Plenty of room on beach. 27 degrees so very nice weather. Good beach facilities board walk close to waters edge, taps to wash feet etc.
Great promenade walk way all the way to Maspalomas dunes (5km ish)
Buses are excellent & regular. 1 euro 40 to get to Maspalomas lighthouse / dunes. Plays del Ingres etc so lot in east reach. Bus also goes to capital but get the direct one think number 30 not the others as go everywhere!

San Agustin is a marvellous destination being away from massive numbers of holiday makers, but close enough to make visits to supermarkets and stores.
There's a sprinkling of good local restaurants but you'd never know you are in Spain, it's all so international.
Away from the large LasPalomas area you'll traditional bars and cafes
Good local bus routes close by.

Lovely tranquil location with great beaches.
Lovely tranquil location with great beaches. Lovely sea front walks that are suitable for every age as it is quite flat. A few nice beach bars/ restaurants. Many shop’s restaurants and bars in either of 2 shopping centres within 10 mins walk.
One staff member was very friendly and helpful. When the kitchen hardware were broken, these were replaced shortly after. When the apartment door was hard to open, they helped with this.
Nice and clean facilities. Good cleaning. Calm area. Good supermarket close by with friendly staff. The little beach Playa del Pirata is very calm and peaceful, don’t worry about the stairs which someone wrote about. They’re fine if you wear shoes.
Walking distance to San Agustin.
We've stayed at Apartamentos Buganvilla before and really like the location and the superb view from the apartments. It really is a stunning view over the sea and beach.
We really like San Agustin which is quieter than other busier areas such as Playa Del Ingles but still has plenty of good bars and restaurants to offer.
Adults only makes for a peaceful stay.
Really friendly and helpful staff and stunning views made for a great experience.
Meal options was exceptional for both breakfast and dinner providing great selection of cold and hot meals varied by every day
Good location, it is ten minutes walk to the beach, five minutes to bus stop and can easily be accessed by bus or car from the airport.
Nice, comfortable and clean room
Friendly and helpful staff
Modern and well equipped hotel with lots of facilities
If I visit the island again I'm gonna definitely choose this hotel to stay
The hotel exceeded our expectations it has lots of activities for families and children. The room was perfect for us. The food was grand and lots of options for everyone they cater to all dietary needs. It’s not far from the beach, which is quiet and family oriented we hired a car to take us around but the location seems to have easy access to buses and there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel too.
We really enjoyed our week stay at this great hotel. The food at both breakfast and dinner was superb and the waiting staff exemplary. The rooms were very comfortable with great beds and shower. The pools were lovely and the location quiet with excellent bus transport all over the island a few minutes walk from the hotel. The entertainment was subtle but there if you wanted it.
Utility staff were very friendly.
The heated pool was lovely in November.
Facilities by the pool spotless.
The apartments were spacious with lots of utensils for cooking.
Located nice and close to two supermarket's and three restaurants.
A 45 minute walk to San Agustin Shopping centre which has lots of bars and restaurants choices. Alternatively get a taxi there for 4 euro.
The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing! Communication with the host was very good. Swimming pool was nice.
There is nothing much to do in San Agustin, no sightseeing or nightlife, but you can take taxi/bus to nearby towns. The beach is very close, just down the stairs or you can also use an elevator at the back that goes all the way down.
The hotel was just from a 10 minute walk from the beach and you had also the option to go by bus. The hotel is very modern, with comfortable rooms. The food was really delicious and fresh. The stuff was very kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to serve you. Entertainment is part of the services, live music every night. I can recommend it.
Beautiful hotel, it really is as good as the photos. I miss the food already, beautiful salads and fruit and breads every day as well as cooked food. Never got bored. Every staff member was lovely and helpful and did their job as well as they possibly could. Especially Oliwia from mini disco, we'll miss her!
The reception staff were excellent, and so accomodating that it was the only reason that kept me from booking somewhere else on the island. The fotos of the hotel on your site were enticing, but the reality was just the reverse.
The location is perfect. The hotel has direct access to the beach. Besides, if you decide to stay in the pool area, there are enough sun loungers, no need to fight for one of them like it's common in other hotels.
Spectacular views, great location right off the beach. More than 10km walks from the hotel along the beautiful beaches to Maspalomas. The rooms were good, nice size and set up.
The hotel was clean and spacious. Our apartment was clean and the beds were comfy. We also had a forward facing view so we could see the sea! It was a sun trap.
I love the little bar near the swimming pool, nice, cinema outside also. Very good breakfast, very complete. Nice place.
Lot of restaurant near the hotel.
