We don't often take advantage of this, but we booked the all-inclusive option at this hotel. We were very pleased with our choice. The atmosphere in the hotel is very good. The meals were very tasty.

Our stay at Sanom Beach Resort was simply magical! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an exceptionally warm staff that made our stay unforgettable from the very beginning. We also had the opportunity to relax by the infinity pool. We enjoyed every moment spent relaxing in the jacuzzi or exercising in the well-equipped fitness center. In conclusion, our stay at Sanom Beach Resort was truly heavenly. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a luxurious seaside getaway, where impeccable service and breathtaking scenery combine to create unforgettable memories. We look forward to returning soon for another unforgettable experience!

Well organized, nice staff, comfortable spacious rooms, great food and good shows , everything you would expect from an all inclusive Riu hotel. Stayed over Christmas with my son, and the Christmas present from the hotel for kids was a nice surprise. The Christmas dinner was also nice, contributing to the festive atmosphere . Hotel was nicely decorated for holidays.

Although you never can look behind the curtain: A great service TEAM, always very attentive, fast and polite. That for sure also because there are employees with a central function, that LIVE this function and accordingly organize and direct the service in an exemplary way. This includes the general manager of the hotel herself, Mrs Karg, present every day at least at breakfast. But also e. g. Miss Pacheco ("Carolina"), that has practically welcomed personally every guest and introduced them to their dinner with authentic local charm. And thus we come to the food: The offer is simply great. There is something for everybody. Having 28 degrees in the last week of the year, you might not have appetite for hot meals. And then you find a great variation of salads with meat and fish and cheese and jamón and fruit and postres .... Todo veramente muy rico. The pool bar team also cannot be forgotten: Always attentive and ready for a chat or joke on the spot. That makes a deserved beer pint at 28 degrees to fun. The more so with good live music offers. Talking of the events: the great seasons decorations for Xmas and new years eve - many thanks for the result and the preparations that these must have costed

Barcelo again made my trip unforgettable. I really like everything… the room is spacious and very comfortable with a huge balcony with sun-beds. Tasty breakfast served outside near the pool. Pool area very well organized calm and relaxing… all the employees highly professional kind and willing to support. Thank you and I will continue booking Barcelo hotels for sure
