Customer service provided by Louisa was superb. The property was beautiful and serene, with wonderful hiking trails. Although the restaurant was closed the evening we stayed, we were given excellent recommendations as an alternative. Breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again for longer!

This was our third visit to the Fenix Hotel and we love that it is walkable to dining, the shopping mall and the Caldea spa. The staff has been friendly and welcoming each time that we have visited. We love the seating area with the fireplace in the lobby.

The hotel is in a great location near a lot of the walking areas around Andorra. Our room was fantastic and huge! We could tell from the evacuation map that we had the largest room on the floor by far, so I'm not sure everyone else will have the same experience, but ours was basically a suite. There is parking underneath the hotel which is nice (but if not for the help of a great employee who I think just happened to be down there when we were parking I think we would have had serious issues). You can walk out of the hotel right onto the main pedestrian zone. The Caldea Spa is about 10 minutes walk away and the area is nice.
