Atmospheric Hotel with great service. Booked single room...large double provided. Good spa facility...not huge but not busy. Excellent breakfast. Had dinner at hotel restaurant which was superb.. Great atmosphere enhanced every Thursday night by visit of 3 musicians...accordion player, with guests encouraged to sing along. Really good food and wine. Owner came to our table...very friendly and insisted on giving us schnapps. Also unexpected snacks 330 to 430 Easy walk to lifts both sides of town reiterkogelbahn and unterschwarzachbahn...latter with lift to hotel street level. Ski hire shop opposite hotel

The location is perfect, just a 5 min walk and you are at the ski lifts. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are ok, a bit too soft our taste. The breakfast is good (eggs, sausage, yogurt, etc) They even let us check in earlier and use the facilities after check out before we departes

Our family ski a lot in Austria in many different centers. Although the hotels are good, the staff are somehow not polite. But this hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. Esp, our waiter at dinner, Ana! She is the 6th star of this hotel :) I do always appreciate people who care&love their jobs. She is that kind. Thanks Ana for the lovely dinner times!
