We enjoyed our stay very much. First was super warm welcome, which amazed us. House itself was sparcling clean and freshly renovated. No humidity smell or sign. Comfortable beds, blanckets and pillows. Kitchen area has normal size oven, coffee maker etc. Hot water. And location 😍. Surroundings are beautyful and quiet. Nearest Seixal beach is the best. You need car to get there, but we also did this path by foot. Once 😆 Thank you. Hope to come back.

We loved the view from the balcony, the spacious layout of the house, the cleanliness, the very complete kitchen, and above all the very friendly reception. Our hosts were very accommodating. We were early, but it was no problem to drop our bags at the house while it was being prepared for our stay. We even got a basket of fresh fruit, and eggs for our breakfast. Highly recommend!

The villa is superb with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal and it's just 2 mins walk to the bathing pools and a good selection of restaurants. Highly recommended. The owners (Gabriel and Teresa) were there to welcome us and explained how everything worked - very friendly and kept in touch during our 5 night stay to check that we were happy 😊.

Very nice house with a welcoming garden. It's excatly what you need for a cosy holiday. It was nice and warm, the kitchen is properly equipped and we did not find anything we didn't like.

The house has an astonishing view over the ocean, has a nice garden and is fully furnished, and looks really like an architect object. You need however a car to reach anywhere in Port Moniz or anywhere in the island, since it is not located in the village. The host is more than lovely, she gave us many hints and recommendations, always available for any eventual issue, and even when we left the house we stayed in touch and gave us some info about e.g. Funchal.

Porto Moniz is a small touristic village by itself so everything is easily reachable by foot. There is a parking place next to the building, it can accommodate 3-4 cars. It the apartment there is a living room with a dining table, a single bad, sofa etc., a bedroom, fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room. All the furniture and other equipment is rather outdated and worth updating but everything is in order.PavloYoung couple

We had a small problem with the boiling water but in max.20 min someone from the village resolved our problem, very fast, helpfull and profesional. Besides, the location is perfect, considering it's in the center of a small village, with (paid) parking right across the street. If I go to Porto Moniz again, I would gladly stay here once again.
