Everything was just perfect. If coming back to Madeira, surely will come back to this hotel! On breakfast you could have whatever you desire. Mixed eggs, fresh fruits, salats, sweet pastry, pancakes, musli and yoghurt - just love it here! It was possible to sit outside but also inside in the restaurant. The room was very modern and nice. I really appreciate the bin divided in three parts - separation of plastic, paper and general waste. The beds were comfy. From the balcony we had an amazing view into garden with the ocean in the end.

The swiming pool area is good and you can go to the beach directly...where is the ocean with nice fishes. It was like a dream..... Thank you Sentido Galomar!!!!!

We loved the hotel’s rural setting, high above Funchal, its old world luxury, and the quality of service offered by the staff. Best of all was the direct access to the extraordinary adjacent Palheiro garden. A very special hotel.

It was conveniently situated near Monte Palace and botanical gardens , making it easy to explore the area without hassle. What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any requests. I highly recommend Quinta do Monte to anyone looking for a fantastic stay with great amenities, a prime location, and outstanding service. I can’t wait to visit again!

Everything. Where it was situated, close to the beach, the shops, restaurants. Excellent breakfast and entertainment. Staff were friendly and approachable. Rooms were large and airy. Beds very comfortable. High standard of cleanliness throughout.

This is a very nice structure, pretty new, with large common spaces, a nice swimming pool and a very nice external area. The breakfast room is equipped for large numbers, but the level of the food is of very high quality and variety. The room is large, comfortable, silent, very clean and new.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location. We had a balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean. We enjoyed coffee and the view from our balcony. Our room was very large. I was very surprised by the size of the room. The bed is comfortable. We are also satisfied with the cleanliness. The toilet and bathroom are large enough and spacious. The breakfast room is large with a terrace overlooking the ocean. The breakfast is varied and always fresh. There are several restaurants and smaller ones near the hotel. supermarket. Car parking is good. I rate this hotel with the highest rating and I am very happy to recommend it.

Fantastic hotel. Yes the location and setting is beautiful. Yes the food, drinks, service is amazing. But the team genuinely add the 5* quality. From the security, to porters, to reception, to bar, waiters, managers, everyone was so so pleasant, welcoming and literally could not do enough for you. What a fantastic experience place and fantastic team of people they have put together.

This hotel is amazing. Everything was perfect. We had a very short stay but will come back for sure. Greetins to our amazing receptionist Tanya who sent us champagne in the room after we told her this is our last night at Madeira and that we got married there. It was so sweet and so pure of her! Staff is amazing, room was beautiful and all of the facilities are right on point. See you again!

It was a big room, spacious and very clean. The breakfast was included. The staff were cooperative. We also managed to find parking.

Nice people running the hotel. Very flexible and replied to all my requests positively, including refund of two nights after having changed the dates even if it was non refundable already. Simple, but clean room. Also, quite spacious. Close to the both beaches. Thanks for the stay!

Quiet place in the mountains.

We booked our holiday in this hotel the week before our arrival, since our original plans were cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We couldn't be any happier or more grateful for our time here. We got a room upgrade, we initially booked a studio, but stayed in an amazing 1 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms and the most amazing views. When I entered that room I felt like crying, it was a beautiful paradise with the Atlantic ocean right in front of us. The place is fully supplied with everything possibly needed in the kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, the pillows not so much, but we slept quite well. The pools are very nice, the indoor, heated pool is big and warm, and they offer free of charge a sauna and Turkish steam room. We didn't use the access to the beach because we preferred the nearby beach due to the waves and the cold of the Atlantic, but it seemed great and accessible. Breakfast was nice and varied, and the terrace where breakfast is served was stunning. All the staff are helpful and kind, especially the maids. We didn't have much trouble parking, but it's January - February. Although the one time we couldn't find a spot, we just left the car in the free parking lot next to the beach, just a 10m walk. Great gym with lots of machines.
