At the villa complex, the units come with bed linen and towels. The staff at Veluvana were wonderful! Everyone was so friendly, kind and helpful. They were there to greet us right away and showed us to our treehouse. The food they offered was amazing! I can’t rave enough about the food! It was all so fresh and made to order. I’m lactose intolerant and they made sure to keep that in mind with every meal. It was in a quiet area of town so it was so peaceful and relaxing. Only downside was the bed was a little hard for us but that’s just personal preference.

We had a small apartment without a pool for one night, and we regret that we didn't stay longer. The interior is new and clean. The view over the rice field is breathtaking no matter if from the balcony or through the panorama window. If the clouds are gone you have a fantastic view of the volcano. The staff is absolutely professional and very friendly. They organized a scooter for us and a car to get to the Pandang Bai port. I recommend renting a scooter to reach restaurants or do sightseeing. Our personal highlight was Tirta Gangga, which is around 10min away by scooter. If you go there around 6:30am it's empty, and you can shoot beautiful pictures. Breakfast was good and if needed you can order food, the staff will organize it for you. We highly recommend this place!

Would recommend, especially if traveling this December or early January as the main road and sewage in Amed are being renewed, meaning construction noises day and night if you stay in town. But just as well any other time Melasti is a good choice.

The holiday home offers an infinity pool with a fence, as well as a public bath and a 24-hour front desk. My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, with Wayan and the team being incredibly kind and hospitable. Wayan helped with laundry and motorbike, ad well as travel tips. Our room had a stunning sea view, which was a highlight of our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options available each morning. Highly recommend for a comfortable and scenic stay!

The villas are remodeled wooden houses, furnished with restored original antiques and craftworks. For your convenience, every villa has its own dining area and swimming pool. Private restaurant service is available for dining in the villa. The bathroom has an outdoor shower with natural stones, complete with free toiletries, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. Katut the property manager met us upon arrival to give an overview of the property and hand over the room keys. Each villa had a lock and key associated with it. Each villa had an open air bathroom and shower which was beautiful and an A/C unit inside. Free kayaks were available to use which we paddled over to another bay for some amazing snorkeling. There is also decent snorkeling right off the beach in front of the property. Breakfast was served every morning with fresh fruit, eggs, toast and pancakes. Katut was able to arrange poolside messages which was a wonderful experience. We had our own private pool and loungers. This is a beautiful and unique property, especially if you're looking for some deep relaxation and romantic spot with some isolation. We ate at the Galang restaurant across the street which was good and got food delivered most other nights.
