The Unit is a superbly comfortable home base for travellers who're wanting to explore the stunning Overberg region. It's centrally located in the pretty town of Bredasdorp, and guests can enjoy a coffee on the balcony while taking in views of the drop, with the famous Arniston dunes in the distance. The spacious Unit is equipped with all the necessities to facilitate Self Catering accommodation. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located Self Catering Unit. The upper floor of this property offers a spacious open plan kitchen and living room with built-in "braai" and balcony with an elevated, 180-degree view. There are two bedrooms with a full bathroom. Ample cupboard space in the bedrooms available for longer staying guests. The living room offers additional sleeping space for two child guests if required. Unit is equipped with a Smart TV with free Wi-Fi. Netflix available, DSTV app loaded - please use own log-in detail. Access to the property is via an electric security gate located on South Street. The space is totally private for your use. A swimming pool is available for residing guests, please bring your own towels for swimming pool. Bathroom towels are not allowed for swimming. The outside "braai" is available as an option. Safe parking on the premises for one vehicle. Parking for additional vehicle/s can be arranged if required

Typical rural town. Safe to go for walks in the neighbourhood and or town. For the more energetic and keen explorer, there are mountain paths with beautiful fynbos vegetation and birdlife which is a pleasure to experience while hiking or mountain biking. There is a tennis court, squash court and Golf Course in close proximity. The Unit is centrally located the Overberg region and only a "stone throw" away from Arniston (15min), Struisbaai (30min) and the beautiful De Hoop Nature Reserve (35min) - a World Heritage site. Easy access roads to Swellendam, Caledon, Hermanus and Napier. Parking is normally not a problem in and around the area & town, although activity peak during December holiday period.
