The host was super kind, at the end of the stay they even gave us a small gift - some homemade olives and jam. I liked the big old pine tree and the BBQ terrace. It's a cozy corner to spend an evening with a bottle of wine. There was also an EV charger, which was one of the reason we chose Villa Sara for our stay in Nikiti

The apartment was perfect and cleaned on daily basis, location is great, you can easily access the best beaches on Sithonia that are located on the northeast and west part, the pool is nice to chill out in the morning or evening and probably good for families but, in my opinion, that is just a nice accessory to the new, beautiful complex, I prefer the closeness of the sea. The hosts are amazing, kind, polite, patient and attentive

Superb location, on the second road right with respect to the beach, but still quiet at night. Annetta was a great host; she has many recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and other places around Sithonia. Close by, there is a free parking, which was convenient. Our apartment had a nice little balcony with a nice view.

Excellent location, a 5 min walk along the marina to the restaurants. Vaso at reception was so helpful and readily available to help with any questions. Our apartment was spacious and well equiped with very comfortable beds. A strong air con cooled the rooms and the 2 balconies overlooked the water. Just beautiful!

Dream Boutique Apartments offers everything you need a perfect summer stay. First, in terms of location, very close to the local beaches (3 min walk) and within walking distance to amazing places for food (tavernas but also fast-food joints like gyros places). Second, the amenities are updated and modern, and everything was pristine clean, with cleaners coming to the rooms every day. We liked that it also had designated parking spaces for guests, which is rare with other accommodations around Chalkidiki. We'll definitely come to stay again when we visit the area in the future, it was also very convenient as a base for visiting other places around Sithonia from here.

Extremely close to the (safe) beach - 30 seconds - across the road! Safe parking close to apartment. Very quiet area. Prompt response to request for extra blanket. Decor very nice. Good shower.
