The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. The hotel felt like an oasis in the middle of the busy and loud city. Nice large bathroom. Good wifi. There was an issue with my door and someone came up to fix it within five minutes.

Trip was a good one. I had a good time.

Luxury and very good room service

I recently stayed at Beverly Elite Hotel and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch with attentive staff that went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. In particular, Ms. Nivine from customer service was incredibly helpful and made a significant positive impact on my stay. The amenities were superb, offering everything I needed for a luxurious first night before heading to my home. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and provided a perfect retreat. I will definitely repeat this experience again and highly recommend Beverly Elite Hotel for anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable stay.

Great service , professional Management Fast response , very helpful

We had a truly pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The front desk managers took all our requests and comments to heart and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool, beach, balcony, and the café on site. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to a busy strip full of activity, yet tucked away in a quiet spot where you can relax and enjoy the view. Highly recommended!
