This little hotel was great. It was centrally located within walking distance of all the best restaurants. The price was excellent. The room had fridge with cold water, microwave, Keurig coffee and dishes and real silverware. Checking in was easy and I was offered snacks of cookies and granola bars. The room was quiet, had a separate office area and direct TV. I am looking forward to my next trip to San Jose/Santa Cruz area so I can stay here again

This is one of my favorite hotels & everything is up to par. They used to have a breakfast bar but they switched to bag breakfasts which are great & you have a choice of breakfast burritos or breakfast sandwich plus cereal & juice,yogurt,frit etc. they will give you too if you ask nice but I wish they would bring back the breakfast bar since there is no covid scare anymore. They also have a bar &; even beer & drinks at the front desk where you pick up your breakfast. A lot of times they have raging parties outside by the pool or in the bar. This is really a nice place.

The staff is very helpful, rooms are clean, breakfast is better than most of the hotels in the US, the parking lot is convenient, location of the hotel is good and close to San Jose center.

This is a really cute hotel! It has a parking garage below the hotel with an elevator directly up to your rooms. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the Continental breakfast but we would definitely stay here again.

Though the staff was friendly, the facilities were grimy. Our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it for years (Even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking facility), had no soap, no towels and was disgusting.
