The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very useful. The shuttle and location perfect. The personal was very kind.

The room was nice. The location of the hotel was good, many restaurants nearby. Very good breakfast - loved the omlete, pancakes and sweet pastry.

First time here and this place really rocks! So modern and professional. Staffs were friendly and hospitable. Room was spacious and nicely furnished with king bed and all the toilet amenities. Facilities provided (pool and gym) were great for some relaxing. The bar area came with wide spread of stuff to be purchased freely at anytime. The lobby lounge area was super chill, even with great live music! The free shuttle bus service to/from airport was essential and nice thought out. In short, I had a fantastic stay!

Location is really close to the airport and the shuttle was very convenient. Also, room was geberally nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Room had very comfortable size, new remodelled, very clean, WiFi fast and reliable, Breakfast ok Next to a burger place and other little shops. We shall book it again.

The hotel was clean, exceptionally comfortable and had a great bar and restaurant to service it. The staff were amazing, friendly and polite - it really gave you that personal feel. Location was perfect, a free shuttle bus and on the bayside trail for walking, not to mention views of the airport runway.

I was on the 13th floor and had a great view of the Bay, City and Airport. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Spacious room was very modern and had two armchairs and a small table offering a great view at the bay. One can take a walk around the bay.

The staff were excellent, very friendly.

Location is great, you can take bus from the airport SFO.

It was everything and more than I could have ever expected!! Scrupulously clean and tidy with evryrhing I required plus a shuttle service to and from the airport. The hugest happy thanks to the management team. I will DEFINITELY be booking in at Vagabond Inn next time I visit San Francisco - it was not only affordable but it had everything I needed for a business trip. The location is near shops and restaurants. There is a delicious Thai food restaurant (Thai Nakorn) behind the hotel. The staff is helpful. My flight is early at 5.30 am and I need to leave the hotel at 3.30 am. The receptionist offers to call a taxi in advance for me without any additional charge.

Manager was super kind. Very nice hotel and very much value for money.
