It was everything and more than I could have ever expected!! Scrupulously clean and tidy with evryrhing I required plus a shuttle service to and from the airport. The hugest happy thanks to the management team. I will DEFINITELY be booking in at Vagabond Inn next time I visit San Francisco - it was not only affordable but it had everything I needed for a business trip. Good location, nice room, exceptionally friendly service

It surprised me with its cleanliness, its newness; its spaciousness . Gym was great , laundry facilities were good. Breakfast was amazing - it had variety and quality! V impressed ! Wish I stayed longer!!

Easy process for reservation, customer service at the hotel excellent. We required a few things, quiet room, pet friendly, easy access to freeway but close to our destination (San Francisco). Crowne Plaza delivered on every level.

Easy to access to the airport. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary facilities. Starbucks is annexed to the vast entrance lobby. All staff are helpful.

The room was very clean and I really liked the location with direct view on the airport. The restaurant was absolutely amazing. Great meals.

Much better than expectation! The room is large and clean. The breakfast tasted great.

Sherry (receptionist) was very helpful and efficient. We arrived just after midnight for a short layover, and she was gracious enough to allow us a late checkout so we could get enough sleep. This meant a lot to us, especially as we were travelling with a child.

Breakfasts was great!! Everything was so fresh and eggs + waffles were even made to order. Great staff too, they really make the hotel. They were so good with our children!

New and very close to SFO and can walk to Millbrae station. Everything is good.

After a long flight from Dublin we were keen to have a comfortable room and bed - which the hotel amply provided. It seems a good, solid hotel that's been around a while. Would be amazing for plane spotters with a view from our window straight across to the end of the main SFO runway - and yet there was no noise! There are a number of restaurants nearby for an evening meal but nothing in the hotel. The breakfast was great though - loved the waffle machine! Nice walk by the water of the bay in the evening and morning. Appreciated the shuttle bus to/from SFO.
