The staff were very friendly, always available and informative. Breakfast was great. Variety. Filling. Served on the roof terrace with views of the Atlas Mountains. Location was excellent just off the square. Easy to find. Within the souks. 5 min walk to the bus stop for the airport. It is a traditional riad so expect the soundproofing to be poor. All part of the Moroccan experience.

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with a stylish and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. I was especially impressed that the team prepared an early breakfast for me at 5:00 a.m., which was incredibly thoughtful and greatly appreciated. A special highlight of my stay was the amazing massage performed by Sihame. It was truly outstanding—relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. Her skill and attention to detail made it an unforgettable experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

El 2Ciels Boutique Hôtel, situado en Marrakech, a 400 metros del centro comercial Marrakech Plaza, ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y WiFi gratuita en todas sus instalaciones. Lovely breakfast and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The sky bar had a really good vibe in the evening.
