On the banks of the river, this motel is in Sangis just 100 metres from the E4 motorway and 20 km from Kalix. We arrived late and the host accepted our request and waited until the arrival time. She was very helpful, friendly and nice! The room was exactly as on pictures and probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed! Very good place and value for money if you would like to spend a night during a longer trip. The small kitchen had all the necessary equipment to prepare dinner and breakfast. We are extremely happy that we chose this place and stayed there. Will definitely come again!

We had a nice little apartment outfitted with everything that we required. It was walking distance to the town center, railway station and grocery store. Close to the chair lift. Lovely view across the lake. Lots of mountain biking and hiking trails

The hotel is in a truly spectacular spot right on the river bank with the rapids as backdrop. Nature at its best. Rooms are large and tastefully furnished and have great views on the rapids.

This property is absolutely beautiful and in such a remote but stunning setting. Would recommend a car but we had no issues with the roads despite the snowfall. We stayed only one night with our two daughters (4,2) and found everything as we needed. The house itself is beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated. We spent the morning enjoying the snow and taking advantage of the kicksleds and sleds that were available that the kids absolutely loved. Lots of opportunities to spot wildlife too although we unfortunately didn’t spot any local roaming Moose. Look forward to returning. The host was super attentive and was on hand if needed.
