We did not arrive until after 10pm thanks to SJ railway and the bar staff Jorgen and Rasmus were outstanding as they made a chess and meat platter for us.

Very nice rooms(amazing shower)and very convenient parking. Everything was in walking distance. Wonderful staff and very good just made scrambled eggs and local sausage. No need for bacon.

The surroundings are peaceful and the silence at night was wonderful, lovely decking by the lake for outside sitting, walking trails, good breakfast, lovely to see the interpretive centre being used so much. On site restaurant had good, well considered dinner menu.

Quiet property with beautiful views of the forest. The property was awesome! Very clean and tidy, the beds were so comfortable and the evenings were quiet and peaceful. We’ve stayed in a lot of various hotels, apartments and cabins and can honestly say the missionshus was by far the most comfortable and best rental place we’ve stayed at! Would definitely book again if in the area!

Just 100 metres from a small beach at Klarälven river, this B&B is 10 minutes’ walk from central Karlstad. It offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and rooms with a flat-screen TV and fridge. Not the first time I stayed here and once again I had a nice couple of days at this B&B. The staff is welcoming and will help you with everything you need. Everything is well maintained and cleanliness is on top. My room was spacious, good lightning with big windows, comfortable bed and very quiet. A good breakfast in the morning (serve yourself) gets you started and of course you will find something for fika as well. Nearby you can find a little beach and walking patch along the river, public transport, supermarkets and it is just a couple of minutes of walking to the city center. Already looking forward to my next stay at Solakoop B&B.
