River sound is very relaxing. I’ve never slept so good many years. Food in restaurant is better than in any other oriental restaurant I’ve visited lately

We had an absolutely amazing stay at KY Mountain Hostel in Arinsal! From the very first moment, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. We had an unexpected situation where the bus to Barcelona Airport didn’t stop at our scheduled stop, which caused us to miss it... completely out of our control. The hostel team went above and beyond to support us. They were truly tireless in helping us find solutions and making sure everything worked out smoothly. Their care, patience, and dedication made a huge difference and turned a stressful situation into a much more manageable one. The hostel is also very well located, especially for skiing, as it’s very close to the ski lifts and all the main facilities. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, with a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The staff made us feel genuinely looked after, and we would 100% recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Arinsal. We’ll definitely be back!

Really friendly atmosfere .There wasn t a single day the team didn t interact with us, see how are we are getting on or if we need anything . Easy to communicate with really good english and were using whats app as well . All info got before check in so at check in, tired after a long trip with 2 kids a meat and great and we went strait to our room . First hotel we had netflix kids loved it . Our room was aired and tidyed every day without hesitance . Really warm and comfty room ( we are a family of 4) clean sheets extra blankets and pillows were available . We weren t lucky to have snow in Arinsal but the team were really helpfull recomending alternative locations ,Ordina Arcalis , and the kids had a an amazing time skiing . Also we had a percentage of discount when renting the ski equipenemt , St Mouritz group ,recomandations of good family friendly restaurants and so on . Quiet place and respectfull guests , not a single night we were woken up buy noisy people .. We had an amazing time, felt welcomed and all efforts were made to make us feel like home . The sky lifts are just across the road , free parking , supermarket also across the road and lost of good restaurants ,irish pub pizza places grill , burger s sport and hunters bars and so on .

Second time here, love it all. But lack vegetables, thats the only problem for me. Although plenty of fruits, salsa, yogurts to choose from! Lovely

The house was spacious and the living room was very nice. Kitchen was equiped with the minimum required and having a washing and drying machine was a must.

The stuff was very friendly, location very beautiful and convinient, bungalows comfortable and clean.

Great nature good size appartment, got everything needed

Everything was exceptional, the location, the room and the view. Very near to Andorra Villa but also to the surrounding mountains. The hotel also has a restaurant which offered fantastic food and value for the money that you pay. I cannot wait to visit again!

Nice clean apartment big enough for our group of 7 without being cramped in a small space. Also only a short drive to ski slopes.

Well located and offered comfortable accommodation for 6 adults with 3 double beds … all with access to an individual bathroom, leaving an additional room vacant. Very old style rustic with enough space for everyone.

We loved the aesthetic of the buildings and the quant charm, Carles was very accommodating and helped us with extra towels and bed linen

The chalet has everything you need, facilities, views, comfort. The host was really accessible and polite. Easy access to La Massana by walking or driving, with plenty of facilities available in the area.

Everything was very good and we strongly recomand with compliments! For sure, we come again! Bravo!
