Dear Hotel Team, I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent service during our stay. We are very happy with our room, especially the beautiful view. I would also like to give special thanks to the lady at the reception. She was very kind, understanding, and helpful. She listened to us and kindly arranged a room change for us, which made our stay much more comfortable. I would also like to mention Ekaterina, who takes care of the cleaning. She was very kind, friendly, and pleasant, and we really appreciated her warm attitude. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, including the dishes and kitchen equipment. Everything we needed for cooking and eating was available, and there was nothing missing. We are truly very satisfied with the service at your hotel. Everything was well organized, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We really appreciate the effort and kindness of your entire team. A very warm and friendly atmosphere. Half board was perfect for a ski holiday, food was very tasty. Happy hour and the Wednesday live music was great entertainment. My family stayed elesewhere in town but all came down and wished they had stayed here. Rooms were exactly what you would need. Don't expect luxury, but exceptional for the value. Comfy beds, cupboard space, good lighting and very clean ensuites. Other guests were also very happy and were repeat sayers which is always a good sign. Car runs up to the gondola was a lovely bonus that I didn't expect too

Everything was perfect! The location is in the middle of town but with great views of the mountain. The hotel itself is a delight, such friendly and attentive staff, a great breakfast and parking in the street right outside. We arrived late due to an accident on the highway, yet the team waited up for us and the check-in process was really smooth :)

We spent a week’s skiing holiday at the hotel. It was one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve ever had. The hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The restaurant comes highly recommended and was the icing on the cake of a wonderful experience. The fact that there is no ski room in the hotel and that you can use a ski room at the ski station instead didn’t bother us at all... on the contrary. We can highly recommend the hotel and would love to come back.

An excellent room — everything is as convenient as it can be, at a very high level. The service is perfect: room cleaning in the morning and evening. It was my boyfriend's birthday — they congratulated him and brought a cake, even though I don't even remember when we mentioned it. Always friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a concierge who can book anything you need. We used the spa area every day, had massages, relaxed, and enjoyed it — everything was perfect. The therapists and masseurs were excellent. We tried two of the four restaurants. The only thing we didn't really like was the food in room service and in the restaurant in the lobby. But the restaurant in a separate chalet with a Michelin star exceeded all expectations. A magnificent hotel — we will happily come back, and not just once.

Amazing clean property really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was really friendly. There is nothing that Hotel didn’t have, from a pool and a spa to a fabulous kids play area. We went to an off-season in October, but that was great.
