The staff was super friendly and helpful. Running a hotel in a city with constant power cuts affecting wifi, water, lighting, and air conditioning is not an easy task, but they did their best. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and did their best to make sure I had a great stay. Breakfast: fried eggs, vegetables, bread, cream cheese, and green tea were my daily choices. Location of the hotel is very central, with shops, etc, nearby. I can recommend it for first-time visitors.
