Accommodation in Valbonë

Friendly staff, delicious food, gorgeous property.

We arrived at Valbona Resort & Spa before and after the Theth trail. We didn’t book for the way back, but after testing it once, we didn’t look for any other thing. The swimming pool, massage and confort at the hotel really helped us recover! The hotel is very new, it is built with taste and employs lovely staff!

We absolutely could not recommend staying and Ardiani guesthouse in Valbona more - it was an absolutely perfect spot to stay before starting our walk from Valbona to Theth. They also organised a taxi and packed lunch for the day of the walk for us. The food they cook up for dinner and breakfast was amazing and wish I could go back for more. The beds were comfy and rooms clean. Thank you guys for the perfect stay :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself was charming and newly built. The exterior had a quaint, traditional design that immediately made me feel at home. The interior was equally inviting, with tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings in the common areas and my room. The food was delicious. They had a fixed menu that included everything we needed. I was amused by the fact that even my wife was gluten free they cared that she had the food that was appropriate for her something that we missed in different places in the mountains of Albania. The overall is 10/10!

The location is perfect for hiking the Rosi Peak. The owners Lindita and Tahir are gorgeous and very nice and helpful. We had the cleanest rooms, warmest shower and the most beautiful views. We also had fresh cow milk, homemade jam and bread and great hospitality. Highly recommended.

It was so incredibly special I didn’t want to leave. The views are beyond stunning, the walks straight from the house are spectacular, and all the family are wonderful, the hospitality and food delicious….it is clean, comfortable and about a 30 minute walk from the main road to make it feel even more special. I was even offered to be picked up from the road when I arrived if I didn’t want to walk. And the open fire in the dining room was delightful! I really loved my stay.

The host was so generous - checking in , questions, breakfast AND he drove us to the start of the trek so we didn’t have to walk 3 km on the road
