Amazing hotel with luxury room, with very comfortable beds ,and the best city view you can find in Shkodër . The breakfast was fresh and full of options, friendly staff and always ready to help. Also the guards downstairs were very helpful with getting our suitcases from the parking till our hotel room.

Everything was great. Rooms were clean, the pod gave much privacy. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast decent. Location great

All the staff and people there! Also breakfast service was exceptional.

The location was very central. The staff were super helpful and accomodating. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was very good. The carpark was just across the road, very handy and reasonable at 500L per day. The shower was nice and large with lots of hot water.

Staying at Symphony Hostel for 40 days was not just an experience, it was a gift. From the very first day, I was welcomed not as a guest, but as part of their family. The owners are warm, caring, and genuinely attentive. They shared not only a roof but also kindness, food, stories, and comfort during both joyful and challenging days. What makes Symphony special is not only the cozy and clean space, the perfect location, or the great facilities, it’s the heart of the people who run it. They take care of you with so much respect and love that you truly feel at home, even if you are far away from your own. I am deeply grateful for every detail, every smile, and every shared moment. Symphony is not just a hostel, it’s a family. And I carry them in my heart. Highly recommended to anyone who wants not only a place to stay, but a home in Shkodër. ♥️

We had a really great time. The staff was super friendly and the room was great. This was by far the cleanest bathroom on our trip in Albania. Keep up the good work!

Great room, nice location, you can park under the hotel in the garage, very convenient!

Perfect place! A social hostel with great rooftop and comfortable beds. Quiet at night. The shower is separated from the rest of the bathroom with a step, so that not everything gets wet (not always the case in Albania). There are lockers for each bed in the room. The owner is very friendly and makes great cappuccino for breakfast. Thank you!

Ver friendly staff, big room, great location and nice breakfast.

Incredible experience sleeping in an historic building. The host was incredibly kind, helping us with parking, food and sightseeing tips.

Great location - very close to where most buses pick up from in Shkodër. The place was very clean, the bathroom was great and the host was lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and value for money.

I liked the greeting when I arrived. In the morning staff knew I was getting the Theth bus and sorted this without being asked. The tablecloth at breakfast was perfectly white, clean and pressed. Staff smiled! Bikes are loaned free of charge. The room was quiet.
