מלון יפה נקי וחדש צוות מקסים וקשוב ארוחת הבוקר הייתה ממש טובה

Amazing hotel with luxury room, with very comfortable beds ,and the best city view you can find in Shkodër . The breakfast was fresh and full of options, friendly staff and always ready to help. Also the guards downstairs were very helpful with getting our suitcases from the parking till our hotel room.

The hotel is amazing, and I enjoyed a luxurious vacation. The furniture is very clean, the bathroom is very clean, and the bathtub is large and wonderful. The view is fantastic. Fast check-in and check-out, and the breakfast is delicious and never gets boring. The pool is large and clean. The restaurant is upscale, and their food is delicious. They offered me a complimentary fruit platter (a nice touch). The staff is cheerful, especially the waiter “Krish Nick,” who was the most cheerful waiter I’ve ever met.

Everything was great. Rooms were clean, the pod gave much privacy. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast decent. Location great

We had a really great time. The staff was super friendly and the room was great. This was by far the cleanest bathroom on our trip in Albania. Keep up the good work!

The location was very central. The staff were super helpful and accomodating. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was very good. The carpark was just across the road, very handy and reasonable at 500L per day. The shower was nice and large with lots of hot water.

I liked the greeting when I arrived. In the morning staff knew I was getting the Theth bus and sorted this without being asked. The tablecloth at breakfast was perfectly white, clean and pressed. Staff smiled! Bikes are loaned free of charge. The room was quiet.

Everything was perfect, room nice and clean, breakfast delicious and even we got great recomandation for trips.

Great room, nice location, you can park under the hotel in the garage, very convenient!

Communication, location, room

Ver friendly staff, big room, great location and nice breakfast.

Incredible experience sleeping in an historic building. The host was incredibly kind, helping us with parking, food and sightseeing tips.

Great location - very close to where most buses pick up from in Shkodër. The place was very clean, the bathroom was great and the host was lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and value for money.

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. They even upgraded us for free to a newly renovated suite. Very good breakfast too. The reception staff were also helpful in organising activities during our stay.

Very well located and well equipped apartment in the centre of town.
