Wonderful place to stay! The location was excellent – very close to the city center, which made it easy to get around. The apartment was well-equipped, comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. We rented the apartment as 2 pairs of friends for 1 day. It is convenient because the apartment is a 1+1 full-fledged apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning. There is a separate kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a fridge, a cooking stove, plates, glasses and spoons/forks, and even a dishwasher. The bathroom has separate boilers and a washing machine. Everything is new and very clean. Comfortable beds, clean bedding, towels set. You can rent for a long time and have a comfortable stay. Large beautiful outdoor terrace.You can order meals or breakfasts in the restaurant. The staff speaks English, very nice and loyal. For example, we had a smoke in the room (which is prohibited in the rooms), so they kindly replaced it with another similar one. A huge plus is the availability of free underground parking. We liked everything. I recommend it!

We struggled to find the location as the booking address corresponds to the street where the balcony faces. The entrance to the building is on the right corner of the DRAGUSHA jewelry store across from the ARPUNUES bar. It's a fifth or sixth floor without an elevator. Check-in starts at 2 p.m. There's no reception, so it's important to communicate with the host in advance. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything is new and in perfect condition. The room with private bathroom includes amenities (dental kit, soap, shampoo, etc.). The complex has a fully equipped kitchen and shared balcony. The host is a very friendly and warm man willing to help and address any concerns.
