The hotel was very clean and modern, located right in the city center, yet still quiet. The room had everything we needed. I’m not sure if it is a 4-star hotel based on the overall specifications, but for us, it met all our needs and expectations. The breakfast was a buffet, the price was reasonable, and the staff were professional and polite.

Awesome view on the lake! I highly recommend staying in shiroka instead of Shkodra city. It's a very lovely lake town. The room was nice and the host very friendly.

Beautiful stay in Berat! The hotel is perfectly located in the center, only a few minutes walking distance from the old town. Although the breakfast room in the hotel was not yet opened, we had breakfast at the sister hotel just 50 meters away, which was absolutely fine. The staff were very friendly and professional, especially the lady during check-in and check-out. She is truly dedicated to her work and made our stay even more pleasant. Definitely recommended!

Melina, the girl that will take care of you,is soooo nice! I'm travelling with a baby and she has been so helpful and sweet! The rooms are just amazing, everything new and the bed is wow, never slept in such a confortable bed in a guesthouse, with lots of pillow and attention to details! The location in perfect, right next all the important things to see in town! Really an amazing place!

I had a short but absolutely perfect stay at Nerium Garden Inn near Tirana Airport. From the very first message, the communication was outstanding – friendly, clear and extremely helpful. Even though I arrived late in the evening, everything was perfectly organized. The hotel kindly arranged a spontaneous pick-up from the airport bus stop, which made my arrival completely stress-free. Both pick-up and early morning drop-off were punctual and smooth. The room was warm, clean and comfortable, and you can really feel that the hosts genuinely care about their guests. Special thanks to Genti for the personal attention and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for a reliable, welcoming place close to the airport.
