The accommodation provides full-day security, private check-in and check-out and currency exchange for guests. The owners are friendly and helpful. They speak English and perfect Italian. The room is perfectly clean. The bed is perfectly comfortable. The facilities are in order and perfectly clean. The accommodation (as described on booking) had the perfect temperature for autumn. The food (breakfast and dinner) was traditional and home made. It had everything that you need (from a hikers point of view - we eat a lot). Due to a rainy day we asked for umbrellas and they lent us theirs. Due to a bad weather (rain and thunderstorms) the electricity (during the night) in Theth was off, but the owners send a massages to everyone that the power generator will stay on. It was perfect! Please, keep the quality!!!

Fabulous decor with every detail thought out including vibrant pillows on the stairs. Parking is so easy downstairs. Location is perfect. But the best part is the restaurant in an Italian style courtyard - is a magnificent setting. I wish we had one of the balcony's overlooking the courtyard!

The staff to start with, the location close proximity to info center & market, the room with super comfy bed and lining, the generous food plates made with local chefs. Kleisman & Armado been very nice and helpful throughout my stay.

This was one of our favorite stays, the place is just simply beautiful! It's run by a very charming family. Dinner is served outside in the garden the food is so delicious and the views are amazing. He was prompt about getting things done and was very keen to get things done. Enjoyed our stay in with Hotel Shkoder. We booked for 3 people with breakfast included. The breakfast was filling for 3 people. A good combo of tea, orange juice, 2 types of cheese, bread, and fried eggs. We asked for some extra eggs, and they brought it with no questions asked Our stay was very pleasant and comfy. Thank you, Mr. Cina

It features a locally famous restaurant and bar with a spacious terrace that serves homemade delicacies. The building is also an ethnographic and photo museum and features souvenir shops with traditional Albanian products. Everything. What an amazing hotel, definitely recommended. The best traditional Albanian breakfast. Old hotel which feels like a museum. A must stay.

Everything was just amazing!!! The owners are very nice and lovely people and will do anything for you. Our son didn't want to go home. This was the best location of our trip to Albania. P.S. Don't stay here for too long, because Matilda cooks very tasty food, and it may affect your figure ;)
