Accommodation in Egg

We look forward to coming back again! The view from our room was amazing, the food excellent and the host very welcoming. The location is also perfect for an easy access to children-friendly ski piste.

The hotel was very modern, clean and comfortable. It is obviously a family run hotel with absolutely lovely and accommodating staff/owners. We would choose this hotel again any day

This is on height and gives direct Mountain View from balcony. Staff is very kind and helpful.

The apartment (on the top floor of the owner's home, with a separate entrance), is a very good size, with a lovely deck looking across to the village below. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The hosts were very friendly and made every effort to help us (even though we didn't have a common language). The parking at the front of the house was great.

The apartment is great, big and very clean. Maria is a great hostess and greets you like you are family. The kitchen is big and has all the things you need to prepare a nice meal. The living room is big. There are also 3 bedrooms and a big bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a supermarket just next door and several restaurants within walking distance.

Comfortable space to spend time after a day of skiing. Bus stop is a 30seconds to 1min walk away, where a bus takes you straight to the mellau gondola within 25mins. By car its takes 15-20mins. There's a big supermarket across the road. Very comfortable beds. Lots of towels in the bathroom. Spacious bathroom. A big mirror in the hallway. Apartment was much bigger than expected. We had the whole upper floor to ourselves!! Kitchen was perfect. 2 induction hot plates and all the utensils you need for cooking dinners. The coffee machine came with free coffee pads! My brother wanted to join us after we already booked the accommodation for a certain amount of people. When I sent Maria a message asking if it was okay for him to stay as an extra person she said yes. And even though we offered to bring a sleeping bag and mattress she made up a bed for him. We felt very comfortable and if i go skiing in Mellau again then this is the accommodation I'll be staying at.

This was the perfect location for our 4-day trip with another family and their kids. The kids (all 6 years and younger) enjoyed the farm animals a lot, especially the kittens. They could also watch the cow milking in the evening and feed the bunnies. There's a BBQ and outdoor seating area which we used while kids played in yard and garden. The appartment was very spacious (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining table, living room and big hallway) and it was plenty of space for two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The host family was very friendly and welcoming.

A wonderful stay. A house both spacious and lovingly made, warm and authentic, as if one steps inside and instantly belongs. With three children, the three bathrooms felt like a blessing. The sauna, a quiet refuge at day’s end. Hospitality in the smallest gestures, details that make you feel held and cared for. A landscape at the window that calls you to stillness, again and again. With the 3Täler ski pass, snow-sure slopes close by. We would gladly return. Our thanks to our hosts. This place is, in its quiet grace, truly magnificent.

Immaculate condition, very roomy for our family of 5. Kids loved trying the sauna. Very quick to walk into town, especially with the open air pool with slide just down the road.
