This is a great place! Food is excellent and we absolutely loved the high level of service and the easygoing and fun staff in the restaurant. Amazing what the chef could do with what we all usually have have in our fridge at home. The taste and texture is a hit with flavours that you cannot create yourself.. Wine pairing is also perfect and the wine cellar is impressive: Schwanen is super relaxed and the interior breathe calmness and harmony. This was our second visit and we will be coming back. he host, Ivo, was absolutely brilliant; so accomodating, friendly and supportive. I came wiht my dog and he couldn't have done more to make us feel welcomed and that we had everything we needed. that level of care is much much appreciated. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I had in a long time. And we were just a few minutes walk away from the Uga express, to go for hikes it was perfect! (i'm sure that for skiing it must be very convient)
