Everything is excellent. Very kind, helpful and friendly people. Incredible atmosphere and decoration. A hotel like a traditional mansion of Tirol, very clean luxury and peaceful. Parking. Great breakfast. Provides all the facilities. An excellent choice. Thank you.

Everything was so good. Loved the scenes and the nature. The room was clean and nice. The dogs were excited to be able to run around. Next time hope to be able to stay for a longer time. Restaurant service plus.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was reach, dinner was beyond all our expectations .the hotel runs by a family and that's the feeling you get . Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Especially Thomas and his mom who are there all the time.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Our room was really spacious with a balcony, an added bonus. The spa is really nice with a small pool, sauna and steam bath. Enough chairs to relax after skiing. There is also underground parking which is handy especially in winter. The breakfast was particularly amazing, a wide choice rarely found in hotels. Please keep that up. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, indeed the whole stay was a pleasant experience. We will be back 😃

Everything was perfect. Friendly welcoming and easy check in. The hotel room was nice with a huge balcony with an amazing view. The bed was extremely comfortable. The spa zone was also very good.

Comfy rooms, beautiful design and facilities

The location is breathtaking. We had an out of this world experience! We were worried there wouldn’t be enough to do but found plenty in the surroundings. We spent 4 nights here as a family of 7 ( with 5 kids from 1 to 11 years old) For two days dinner and breakfast were made just for our family and it was delicious and perfect in quantity for our big eaters. It was wonderful to experience Austria in this way. The staff were very kind and trusting. Julian went out of his way to make our experience even more enjoyable giving us also a chance to wash and dry our clothes as we stayed long ! Special mention to Patryck the chef who was super kind to us and the children as well as taking us on a trip down to the car on one extra occasion. Also to Peter the chef who cooked and allowed us to make together a typical Austrian dessert. We were also the only people to stay at the property over night on a couple of nights and it was extremely adventurous to be on this super cute mountain hut with only the moon light shining over us.

Ideally located for cycling the Brenner Pass yesterday, located in hamlet with plenty private parking. Great dinner and breakfast kept us well fuelled

So cute owners. Comfortable apartments. Free parking. Good equipment in the apartments. Fresh milk from the farm. A cozy house with a long history. 3 bathrooms. There is enough space for guests.

We had a great stay! We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The place was clean and the host were friendly and prompt in their communication. Highly recommended!

Location is great, only 10-15 minutes from Innsbruck, amazing view. Staff is extremely kind.

The apartment is located within the vicinity of Innsbruck. In addition, the travel pass for the Tirol region provides with the freedom to travel without any cost.

The view from the property is extremely nice. Pictures don’t do justice what you see with your own eyes. The host, Johannes is super helpful and courteous and goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a great time. The property was really clean, well maintained and really well equipped. The host provided great directions and several ski slopes are around 10-20 min drive. We totally recommend this place and we would not hesitate to book it again next time.

Our apartment was very comfortable. You don't have to worry about any equipment, everything is available. Clean and cosy rooms, A very good contact with the owner. Fun area in the basement: billiards, table football, darts, ping-pong table. We spent our skiing holidays riding the slopes of the Schlick2000 and Stubai and a distance is not that long. It's not the Stubai Valley but in return it's comfortable and cheaper than, for example, Fulpmes. I highly recommend this place!

the apartment was absolutely clean, equipped with everything you need with a wonderful view. our host was extremely kind and accommodating. as we were there for new years we were given champagne as a gift, an extremely kind gesture. we would definitely come back again.
