Service was above any expectations, the hotel is actually operated by the owner family who are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cousy and well equipped. SPA area clean covenient and not crowded. Everything and everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Food was very good especially dinner. We liked the stay a lot and would easily recommend to anyone wanting to stay in an authentic Austrian hotel.

We love the location and the swimming pool and breakfast was weby good. Room was clean, we are not used to have bath, sink in the bedroom but it was ok for use, toilet is in separate room.
