Very nice and comfy apartment! Well furnished, it was very cozy an you had enough space to stay in there for 5 people.

Breakfast great. Service great. Rooms great. Location great. Lots to like.

Fantastic hotel at the centre of Kaprun. Super market at a walking distance, main cable car at 200m. All restaurants and caffees at walking distance. Apartment was big, very comfortable and fully equipped. Excellent value for money and will certainly consider it for coming back.

Large apartment with plenty of space

The cleanest accomadation we have ever stay. Oliver is sooo helpful, friendly and very welcome. One of the biggest advantage is also summercard. We used most of the facilities around Kaprun free via summercard. Breakfast is fair enough. There is a vending machine in the pension that allows you to buy anything you want during the night. The location is great in the middle of Kaprun. Thanks a lot for the hospitality

Modern great facilities, vegan friendly, great staff

Great spa hotel. During our stay it was not crowded and we were almost alone in pools. There are many clean and warm pools to select from and many areas to relax. Great breakfast, clean and air conditioned rooms (new rooms), friendly personnel. We also used underground carage and EV car charging there. We would love to come back again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and honestly cannot think of a single thing to complain about. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and you can see that great attention has been paid to every little detail. Everything feels elegant, comfortable, and welcoming. The pool and sauna area is also fantastic, with nuts, tea, and fresh towels always available — a lovely touch that makes the whole experience even more relaxing. The breakfast selection is excellent, with everything from spreads, cereals, cold cuts, and eggs to a great variety of fresh bread and pastries, juices, coffee, and much more. There is truly something for everyone. Dinner was equally impressive. There is a choice of three main courses, while the starters are served buffet-style, so you definitely won’t leave the table hungry. The quality of the dinners is on the level of a very good restaurant, and the cuisine throughout the hotel is simply phenomenal and wonderfully diverse. The staff deserves special praise — everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very tastefully designed. We also loved that the Sommer Card is included in the room price, which is a fantastic benefit for anyone looking for an active holiday. All in all, we have absolutely no complaints about the hotel, the staff, or the food. Quite the opposite — everything exceeded our expectations, and we sincerely hope to come back again!

This great apartment is ideal for groups of friends or families. It has many facilities, including a Playstation for children, 2 bathrooms, and a fantastic terrace. The Zell am See summer card gave us access to lots of great attractions.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and everything was perfect. Our room had a beautiful terrace, and the rooms are modern and brand new. The spa is just amazing, with a wonderful pool to relax in. The location is excellent, the staff extremely attentive, and both the breakfast and the restaurant were absolutely outstanding – a 10/10 experience!

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to time we left. Travelled with 2 kids and 2 adults. Suite was a per the photos. Spacious plenty of storage. WiFi was perfect for the kids to stream. Ski locker was perfectly functional. Ski school across the road and 3mins walk to the lifts. View of the mountains with stunning sunsets Loved the Tauren Spa short walk 10 mins or the bus. Food was lovely kids wanted to eat there every day and so did we. Staff were all amazing friendly and really felt like they wanted you to have a great holiday. Highly recommend and hope to return

The room is spacious- very important if you come for a ski-vacay :) it was warm (maybe a bit too warm at night) and very clean. The sauna ist great (3 different temperatures and a steam room) and it was not too busy. We also really enjoyed the "silent room". The stuff is polite, kind and ready to help. The local white wine we had for dinner was top, so until the next time 🥂

Wonderful hotel in Kaprun. Pool was a huge bonus. Great to go for a swim after a ski day. Superb breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Walking distance from the gondola lift base station.

Great staff - very helpful lady in the reception, who managed to cover all our needs. The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast/dinner was great. The room was very cozy, nice and clean. There is an underground and safe parking at an additional cost.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is beautiful, cosy and has a really lovely atmosphere. Dinner was one of my favourite parts of the stay. The food was amazing, not just usual hotel dishes, but something much more creative and special. You can really tell that the chef knows exactly what he’s doing, and we were excited to see what would be served each evening. We also loved the wellness area. There are several different saunas and the whole spa is very cosy. I especially liked that there is tea in the spa area, having a cup after the sauna and just relaxing there was so nice. The pool area is beautiful too, and all the greenery right outside the windows gives it such a nice vibe. Our room was very cosy, with a calm and elegant atmosphere. We could see the castle from our balcony and the view was absolutely beautiful. Overall, we had an amazing time here and would definitely come back!

Our stay in Margarethenstein Boutique Hotel was amazing. The room was perfect, spacious, warm and clean.We had big balcony and a beautiful wiev. If you're booking your stay here make sure breakfast is included 'cause it's one of the best ones you will ever have. Summer cards are also included, wich is great, because you either get free tickets for some activities or a discount for them. Petra is amazing, you can ask her for help whatever you may need. Hopefully we are back again in winter☺️

I liked a lot super friendly stuff in the hotel and the SPA part particularly - super clean, worked at its best. The room was clean and comfy with a separated toilet from bathroom, which is an added value. Also SKI room was nice big enough and with build in ski boots dryer wall. BUS stop for transportation to and from ski lifts is at the hotel itself. There is great wine card in the hotel too to support dinners. The town itself has plenty of possibilities to grab a nice food and drinks.
