We traveled with my eight-year-old son. We are leaving with very good memories. Mr. Alexander, Reza and Gaby are doing a great job. They do their job in a very friendly atmosphere. In this sincerity, there is also complete professionalism. The location of the hotel cannot be better. Karlzplatz is 2 minutes away on foot. From here, you can reach Marienplatze in 7-8 minutes walk on a straight, traffic-free, very fun and lively street. In other words, you are very close to all the important points in the center of Munich. There are many markets and food and beverage shops around the hotel. The tram passes right in front of it. The Junior Suite we stayed in is decorated very smartly and with quality materials. It is very large. In fact, it looks bigger than it is thanks to the smart decoration. Giant TV screen, perfect air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, coffee machine. I loved their application of “Don’t take housekeeping, let us give you coffee capsules instead as gift”👍 Breakfast in the shop next door was very sufficiant. All the staff there were very kind and friendly. They were very friendly (as always) for late check-out. I recommend it not only to couples with children, but to all travelers from any ages. You can make a reservation without any doubt. Forza FC München 😉

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which made it a perfect place to relax. The room was clean, well-equipped, and stylish – everything I needed was there. The location is truly exceptional – right above thousands of valuable cars, which made for a unique experience. There are restaurants nearby, and the concert hall is just a short walk away. Public transport is also easily accessible. Everything was great – I couldn’t have asked for more!

Very sleek and modern, family room with partition between the beds to create 2 rooms so the kids could go to bed and we could stay up without keeping them awake. Fantastic breakfast included in the room price and amazing value for money. I couldn't understand why/how it was so reasonably priced yet so fancy. We had a great stay. The hotel was spectacular on itself, clean modern well equipped, but the best part of it is the owners. Mr Kreis and his lovely wife are amazing people, caring and polite. They helped us with everything for the whole duration that we stayed there, pointed us to restaurants, sightseeings and they showed us the perfect German hospitality. We had lengthy talks at the start of our day where we discussed how our day will unfold, which trip to take, which place to visit where to eat and so many more. The hotel kreis has a face, and it is its owners. On the plus side mr Kreis is a sports car enthusiast, we shared the same passion and he even showed me his amazing lambo which I loved ;). Thank you and looking forward to visit you again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was beautifully clean with the added perk of a complimentary mini bar. The roof top was great for a few drinks, reasonably priced and a great view! Great location in old town within 5 minutes walk of Marienplatz.

The staff, most friendly and kind people at the front desk and all other services in the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and nicely located in the centre on a busy street. Parking in the underground garage is convenient. We had the Suite, which is marvellous, perfect size and layout. great beds and bathroom. all just good. Love the Ren products! Wine bar in the hotel is nice, they have some special wines on the glass like a Chateauneuf du Pape and nice Pinot Noirs.
