Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

From my personal perspective, Mandarin Oriental Munich is by far the best hotel in the city. This is my fourth stay here, and each time it convinces me even more that it is the perfect choice—it has never disappointed me. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Monika was extremely helpful and replied to our messages very quickly. I'd seen some reviews saying the apartment is in a sketchy area but honestly we never felt unsafe and we had our 4 month old baby with us and not once were concerned about our safety. The apartment is modern and was extremely clean with plenty of space even with a cot in the sitting room! Would highly recommend.
