Perfect location, fantastic breakfast

This is the most authentic and friendly hotel I've stayed at. The team makes you feel at home; they go above and beyond to make your stay in Munich as good as possible, and as a bonus, the neighborhood is filled with beautiful restaurants, cocktail bars, etc.

The ambience and staff. Denis and Sarah were delightful and made our introduction and stay in the hotel even better than we could have anticipated.

The hotel was fantastic and really beautiful. The staff were amazing and we had a really pleasant stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone travelling to Munich. Through our room was small, it was plenty of room and close to everything. Really enjoyed our time here.

Excellent bar and facilities. The music concept was great and it was fantastic to be able to listen to their vinyl discs collection in your room.

I liked the location of the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff and their approach to us, understanding of our wishes for a comfortable stay. The presence of a spa and a swimming pool is a big plus, especially if you want to spend time usefully and relaxed. Thank you for a pleasant time.

Nice quiet location by the river but walking distance to the old town. Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff and nice restaurant. I always stay at Marias Platzl when in Munich.

Location was great, I could not say too much, but the thing was my flight was delayed and I was going with my friend to Switzerland. so it was so late we decided to make last time booking and booked Hotel Atlanta, just in the city center to have eat something. I have not met staff but in the chat they were lovely, everything was explained pretty good, price was really really cheap so it was worse it

It's a very nice hotel! It's simple but has everything you need. Its location is great: it is very close to the city center but in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. My room was clean and spacious, with a wonderful view of the nearby garden. The breakfast was awesome (with a funny robot that collected dishes), and the stuff was super nice and helpful. I would stay again.

Very good breakfast and a great breakfast veranda which I enjoyed greatly. Lovely breakfast staff, very helpful reception staff! Thank you for your hospitality! When again in Munich I will definitely be back to you!

Very nice and clean, exceeded my expectations as I came expecting sort of a guest house and it feels like a proper hotel. Breakfast is a partnership with a nearby restaurant, but it's very nice over there.

The staff were very attentive to our needs.

From my personal perspective, Mandarin Oriental Munich is by far the best hotel in the city. This is my fourth stay here, and each time it convinces me even more that it is the perfect choice—it has never disappointed me. The hotel truly values returning guests and shows genuine appreciation for loyalty. The location is excellent, and the staff are absolutely outstanding. Without a doubt, it will remain my only choice whenever I visit this beautiful city.

Although I had a junior bedroom apartment, the staff were very warm and welcoming. The apartment had a lovely balcony overlooking a well kept beautiful garden. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very kind and made sure I was always happy with breakfast every morning. Maximilian is only a 7 -10 min walk to Marienplatz, close to all shops. Thank you for welcoming to your home.

Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!
