Very well located near the main train station Bu from and to airport just in front of hotel (today the cheapest way to reach airport from main station) Room was quiet Staff very kind and helpful

The location was wonderful!!!! The hotel is situated on a small silent street 2 minutes’ walk from the metro station that enables us to reach everywhere we want. The breakfast was very good with several different choices. It was tasty and rich. Our double room was very comfortable and clean. A special thanks to the personnel. A Russian speaking girl on the reception was so pretty and helped us a lot!!!! Many thanks for the lady from the kitchen that prepared us a take away breakfasts at the morning we left earlier to the airport! Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable!!!

Clean, close to main station, many restaurants around and yet doesn’t have “Central Station” vibe, it’s in a quite a nice neighbourhood.

Excellent facility with friendly staff and good position.

I recently stayed at AdvaStay by King's in Munich, and I had a wonderful experience! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The service was top-notch, and the room facilities were comfortable and well-equipped. I especially want to highlight the reception staff; the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, quick to assist, and genuinely kind. Her warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic stay. I highly recommend Advacity by King for anyone visiting Munich!

The location, and of course the price

Everything is perfect. Place is near station and you can see everywhere by walking. You can use lufthansa bus from and to Airport which is cheaper than train. And bus station is at the back street of the Hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. They have free Coffee at the reception which is perfect. The room is enough for 2 People. And it was clean.

Smooth and friendly check in. Nice wake up call. Location great for walking.
