It's a Brazilian-style hotel, so most of the staff speaks Portuguese, which was really nice for us; also, they sell Brazilian stuff like 'coxinhas' and 'Guaraná' (even if it is a bit overpriced, but that's ok). In general, I liked everything and recommend for anyone visiting Ulm -especially Brazilians and Portuguese.
