Great location Parking Close to the Danube

Nice design, quality fixtures and fittings, good shower, friendly staff, nice breakfast and quiet room. Great place to stay.

The property was well located, easy walking distance from the train station. The property was modern, very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Very modern building and the apartment Kitchen has lots of utensils and its excellent for having a breakfast or even cooking a small meal The shower is spacious, there is a washing machine with a dryer which we've appreciated a lot The location is absolutely amazing - with lots of food places, historical sites and its just perfect for exploring the city

Very large rooms with a traditional rustic vibe. Beautiful views of the village and the surroundings. The restaurant downstairs is a traditional german one with fresh (probably local) traditional produce. The owner and staff were very friendly and nice the whole time.

it was everything just wonderfull. we were with everything very satisfied. We hope to come back one time more.

Car park in basement, spacious room and bathroom. Great power shower. Kind and helpful staff. Great location, only 5 min walk to town.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is tasty and you have nice choices and the parking is a plus. I also appreciated the fact that the receptionist helped us with everything we needed. We recommend this hotel. For sure it will be our only choice in Passau.

Everything. I'm very glad I discovered this. It's one of the most charming and beautiful places I've stayed at in years. It's clean, beautifully designed and decorated, everything works (shower, heating, WiFi...), the location could literally not be better, the host is friendly and helpful. I will recommend this apartment to everybody I know who occasionally goes to Passau, as I do, and I will from now on always check availability here first.

The surroundings was extremely good, the apartment is in the hart of the old town. Rooms are tidy and clean and fully equipped. One bottle of wine was waiting for us :-) Thank you!
