Very clean, friendly staff that offered good insight into what to see and do in Munich. Very good location close to underground station. Would definitely stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is extremely convenient for train travelers as it's directly opposite the train station. The hotel is also pet-friendly and offers a great breakfast. Receptionist Ivana was exceptional—helpful, fast, and kind. Her excellent communication and efficiency made my visit even more enjoyable.

Quiet, clean and comfortable room, close to the central station. We slept with open window (towards the yard) but no disturbing noise. Great breakfast. New bathroom. Refrigerator and coffee/tea in the room. Lots of cheap restaurants in the street.

The staff were amazing!! We travelled with two babies and they gave us two joint rooms. The receptionist and the lady in the dining room were particularly nice, although everyone was very friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Great atmosphere, excellent value

The hotel is located in a wonderful area, not far from the main railway station, next to a park and a metro station. The staff is very attentive and responsive, the room amenities are excellent, and the breakfasts are delicious.

theres a lot of space in comparation than others, also the price its very convinient , if you want to go to ocktoberfest this is defenily your best option also closer from bars restaurants atm you can walk all around here

Rooms were newly renovated and spacious. Beds were comfortable with fluffy pillows and amazing duvet. Hotel itself was near the center, around 10 min by tram. In addition, hotel had a great breakfast buffet, and the staff was so friendly.

The place was really great — clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and all the essentials were thoughtfully provided. The community hub and reception area were excellent, and the receptionist was very welcoming. They even offered welcome drinks, and the bar stays open until 11 pm, which was a really nice touch.
