Great hotel with decent breakfast. Street parking was easy in the vicinity. Comfy, modern rooms which look like they were refurbished recently. Most of all, free stay for dogs. Its great that there are hotels which allow you to avoid the usual hassle with how much you have to pay for the dog in the hotel as this is usually never published on booking.com

We do Easter at Augsburg for 3 years now. My family will stay here as long as Garner is still standing. WE CALL IT THE SECOND HOME!!! Georgiana and the rest of the staff are amazing. The breakfast is wow!

The hotel is located just near the central station, with a ten minute walk from the main square. The reception staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, a very good selection of items. The room was very comfortable and cosy.

The hotel location was excellent and you could see it from wherever you were in Augsburg. Our rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom was lovely and the shower had good pressure. We walked into town easily and it's close to the station.

The bed was comfy, there was enough space in the room, solid water pressure in the shower. Oh and the blue nightlight in the bathroom is awesome.

Big parking, clean room, my 2 dogs was with me and everything was ok.

We had everything we need even when the room was not very big. Plus the hotel has a common kitchen with spices, oil...which is so convenient if you decide to make your own meals in your room. Supermarkets are just few meters in front. Indoor parking is spacious. Noise proof is very good, even when the main road is near, it was not at all disturbing. Very good value of quality-price.

Superb location right next to the Rathaus (obviously!). Easy self check-in, but the lift needs a bit of working out - there are two sets of buttons the ones on the left are for the apartments, the ones on the right are for the hotel rooms. The lift will automatically open on the apartment side. To get it to open on the hotel room side insert your room key in the right hand slot at the top of the button pad, turn it clockwise (I think) and press the correct floor on the right hand side of the button pad and hey presto the doors open on the other side of the lift. Well worth it, I promise, since the rooms are super, the breakfasts great and the staff outstanding.

Very well furnished and spacious, modern apartment, very clean and nicely finished. Great location spot on in the central square of Augsburg overlooking the Rathaus, yet easily accessible by car up to the door which was great to load and unload luggage. Great sound proofing which is important when you are sleeping in a busy city centre, and excellent service from Michelle who helped us throughout without ever meeting us - she was available online throughout and addressed all our needs immediately and without any fuss, including the replacement of 1 of the 2 TVs due to a connection issue and she even got us a complementary voucher from the bakery. The Wolf bakery/kafè just under the apartment mafe it feel like a hotel with breakfast - excellent sweet and savory breakfasts and great coffee.
