Great hotel with decent breakfast. Street parking was easy in the vicinity. Comfy, modern rooms which look like they were refurbished recently. Most of all, free stay for dogs. Its great that there are hotels which allow you to avoid the usual hassle with how much you have to pay for the dog in the hotel as this is usually never published on booking.com

It was a one night stay in this hotel during visiting our friends in the city. It's was great value for money 👍

We do Easter at Augsburg for 3 years now. My family will stay here as long as Garner is still standing. WE CALL IT THE SECOND HOME!!! Georgiana and the rest of the staff are amazing. The breakfast is wow!

The hotel is located just near the central station, with a ten minute walk from the main square. The reception staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, a very good selection of items. The room was very comfortable and cosy.

The hotel location was excellent and you could see it from wherever you were in Augsburg. Our rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom was lovely and the shower had good pressure. We walked into town easily and it's close to the station.

Superb location right next to the Rathaus (obviously!). Easy self check-in, but the lift needs a bit of working out - there are two sets of buttons the ones on the left are for the apartments, the ones on the right are for the hotel rooms. The lift will automatically open on the apartment side. To get it to open on the hotel room side insert your room key in the right hand slot at the top of the button pad, turn it clockwise (I think) and press the correct floor on the right hand side of the button pad and hey presto the doors open on the other side of the lift. Well worth it, I promise, since the rooms are super, the breakfasts great and the staff outstanding.

That was the 2d time i’m visiting this hotel and i have to say the best!First of all it’s affortable for what it offers you,i have stayed to the room 6 and now i’m at the room 2 and it has so many things inside like you are home.It has a fully-equiped kitchen with microwave,stoves,dishwasher and the most important for me the nespresso coffee machine.It has whatever you need to cook from forks,spoons,knifes,pods,plates,cups,glasses etc.It also has free tablets for the dishwasher and when you checkin at your room,they offers you coffee capsules,tea,sugar and bottled water.It also has a mini cute fridge.The interior design is really beautiful.The bathroom is very fair too. Also you can go to the laundry room to grab by yourself fresh cleaned towels.Also the bathroom has 2 mirrors one big and one small and it also has a powerful hairdryer so you don’t have to bring yours.In the 2d floor of the building it also has an awesome werehouse with all the kitchenware maybe you need to take for your room. It also has an iron for your clothes.I also forgot to mention that this hotel is self-service that’s why you have to do everything by yourself it doesn’t have a reception and staff but this is what i like very much.When you come and checkin for the 1st time,you have to grab your card-key from a box in the hallway and you can come any time you want it doesn’t have to be the excact time indicated on checkin and i really like that.Also the rooms are very warm too.It was one of the best hotels i stayed in the world and i’m gonna come back soon.Congratulations to the owners!

excellent location, superb breakfast, awesome staff members, and we got the 1st row show to New Years celebration, as our windows were to the main street side, and what was more +++, that option if you close windows, room stays quiet, and noises from outside does not bother at all!

The hotel was in a very good location that was easy to find. It was a short walk to the centre. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We arrived a little early but were allowed to leave our car in the hotel's car park, so although our room was not quite ready it was not a problem for us. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We would gladly use this hotel again on our journeys through Germany.

Loved this place - one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to and it's in such a nice location. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I don't think I have ever stayed at a hotel this nice for such a low price. I would definitely return!
