large room + sofa bed for my daughter which was not expected. good air conditioning. exceptional breakfast with anything we wanted, great variety of cheese/ham/bread, cooked food incl scarmble eggs and bacon, nice cakes, yogurt and fresh fruit salad. great coffee too. free bottle of water in the room was appreciated too. nice bar and reception area (self check in worked well too). nearby burger place was very handy.

The room was comfortable and modern, location is good easy to get in and out with a car and parking is right under the hotel. The reception staff were super friendly and lovely to deal with. Short scenic walk along the river into town.

I want to especially highlight Muhammad Waqas, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. very helpful and polite. He assisted me with everything I needed, including helping us preparing our required the food we wanted, and did it with a friendly attitude and a smile. His professionalism and dedication made my trip much easier and more comfortable. What an exception customer oriented service he provided, I am amazed. usually I stay in markbriet during my regular business, but I would definitely stay here again at this hotel. I have recommended my other colleagues to stay in this hotel while coming to Wurzburg or Markbriet. I will stay here again for sure. Muhammad Waqas is highly recommended at reception, with excellent customer service & professionalism! If you're staying at the Moxy, you’ll be lucky to have him at the reception.

Enjoyed this stay so much! The hotel was so modern and nicely designed, the rooms were spacious and the beds extremely comfortable and everything was super clean. The rooms had a fridge, safe and ironing board. The breakfast buffet was the best part, so many fresh, delicious options and catered to my gluten free needs too. We also loved sitting outside in the morning sun for breakfast. Added points for the cold water stations on each floor where you could fill up a glass bottle from the room. The location was also not too far from town or the station (10-15 minutes walk) and there is a lidl right next door. Air conditioning worked great and it was also super quiet at night even though near a busier road.

Great hotel with decent breakfast. Street parking was easy in the vicinity. Comfy, modern rooms which look like they were refurbished recently. Most of all, free stay for dogs. Its great that there are hotels which allow you to avoid the usual hassle with how much you have to pay for the dog in the hotel as this is usually never published on booking.com

Great location inside the old town. They let us drive in to unpack and there was garaging for the car off site. Excellent bathroom, wonderfully comfortable bed.

We do Easter at Augsburg for 3 years now. My family will stay here as long as Garner is still standing. WE CALL IT THE SECOND HOME!!! Georgiana and the rest of the staff are amazing. The breakfast is wow!

The hotel is located just near the central station, with a ten minute walk from the main square. The reception staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, a very good selection of items. The room was very comfortable and cosy.

The hotel location was excellent and you could see it from wherever you were in Augsburg. Our rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom was lovely and the shower had good pressure. We walked into town easily and it's close to the station.

Brand new in Dec 25. Clean, well designed and parking available under hotel or on street. Not much in walking distance but good delivery companies deliver there. Would definitely session for a one night stop over.

Good breakfast and very central location.

The bed was comfy, there was enough space in the room, solid water pressure in the shower. Oh and the blue nightlight in the bathroom is awesome.

Big parking, clean room, my 2 dogs was with me and everything was ok.

When we arrived at the hotel we were offered a free on-site parking space (very limited). The room was large with a small table and two chairs. Wifi was strong. the excellent breakfast was well presented, copious and tasty. The staff were very courteous and helpful.
