Soo nice and beautiful property with friendly receptionist (girl from Ukraine was so smart and helpful,she explained and showed easy ways to go to the castle and nice places nearby.Breakfast was good and tasty.So nice location,city center and Netto mini market under the hotel. Nice spa area,nice gym. Warm floor in bathroom👍👍 So nice balcony with a Mountain View!!! MacDonalds 1,2 km away

Perfect location, close to city center. Comfortable room, we had 2 big beds for family with 2 kids. They have gym, spa, playground and underground parking. Breakfast was amazing.

It was beautiful and modern renovation, from the garden you can also see Neuschwanstein castle, very welcoming staff and cute common areas to sit and play cards and board games, royal breakfast with a large variety of options! Highly recommended!!

Obviously recently refurbished to an excellent standard. .Good parking options, excellent breakfast, and attentive staff. Our request for non lactose cheeses (goat and sheep) was met by a special presentation of both. Easy walk into the old town.

Very cozy hotel, located 15 minutes away from the famous castle Neuscwanstein. Very comfortable stay, nice wellness area, clean and cozy rooms, superb breakfast. We had dinner in restaurant and we had enjoyed "alpine-style" bar with friendly staff.

We had booked two rooms, the one with the lake view was great with its size and the view! Staff was super friendly. The hotel is well located, right in front of the lakeshore. Breakfast had many options. Free parking downstairs. Many restaurants around. Also, the restaurant downstairs serves good German food for dinner. Easy access to Fussen, only 15 mins by car, there is also bus option leaving in front of the hotel.

Very welcoming host. Great accomodation at really low cost, all of our expectations (based on the pictures, comments, etc.) were met. The place is really close to the old town and just 10 mins away from the railway/bus station. The hosts gave us free pass for the public transport and also offered discounts for the castle tours.
