Czech RepublicI spent 4 nights with my family in the Chalet and it was amazing. The accommodation also includes a large garden with a natural swimming pool, grill and fireplace. Every morning during my morning "swim" I was captivated by the view of the Tyrolean mountains. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the homemade honey. The interior of the chalet was perfect (clean and cozy).
I highly recommend.

BulgariaThe hotel was really nice, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, you have everything you need, we checked-in after 8pm, so the staff had put our key in a safe box and we got it without any problems - they sent us really thorough information about everything we needed to know, and so everything was a breeze. The location is perfect - you’re basically in the center of Füssen, the parking was a bit hard to find, but that wasn’t an issue.

The mountains to the south are magnificent.
The mountains to the south are magnificent. It is fairly easy to visit almost everything in the old town on foot, and everywhere you turn there is a view of the mountains. We also enjoyed the short trip to visit the King's Castles.

This whole area is spectacularly beautiful.
This whole area is spectacularly beautiful. Everything is close by and theres so much to do. We did the summer toboggan, nauschwenstein castle, the treetop walk and one of the nature walks (the water path, which our son loved ; there were interactive activities for kids all the way round). We were only in Fussen for 2 days but we loved it.

Beautiful town with colorful buildings, great food, exceptional walks around the river and the lakes! We visited during summer and we really enjoyed it with children.
Check Ludwig's Restaurant and accommodation!

The town was lively and fun but not overly loud. We had some delicious food and were lucky enough to be present for the festival weekend so we got to witness the celebration and food and parties in the main thoroughfaire and we loved it.

This is a touristy town, yes, and therefore a bit on the expensive side. However, it's also filled with a lovely array of restaurants and shops as well as some gorgeous architecture and breathtaking views on the bridge overlooking the river. The town is wonderful to stroll around and we felt very safe no matter the hour; we took to walking around a lot at night before bed so we could make sure to take in the sights we might have missed during the day! The train station has regular trains all day long so it's easy to use Füssen as a "springboard" to explore other areas nearby (we regret not making it to Austria which is tantalizingly close!!!) The town is safe, quaint, interesting and lovely. Although we enjoyed our time here and don't always want to return to more expensive/touristy areas once we've experienced them, my entire family wants to return to Füssen!! Don't let anyone talk you out of Neuschwanstein or Hohenschwangau castles as "too touristy" and give yourselves enough time to REALLY take in all Füssen and the surrounding area has to offer!

If you prefer small cities - then Fussen would fit you.
If you prefer small cities - then Fussen would fit you. If you prefer villages with many houses for tourists and plan to swim in lakes- then you might better book Schwangau which is not so far from Fussen.
I definitely want to return back a little later, may be in different season.
There are a lot of trails for hiking (or doing nothing :) ).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was incredibly comfortable, cleaned daily, and had a modern design. It was also very warm and cozy, with excellent windows – a big plus, especially during the winter.
We greatly appreciated receiving the Füssen City Cards from the hotel, which allowed us to use the buses for free throughout our stay.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were both delicious and satisfying.
Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable – we hope to return in the future!

That's a wonderful hotel with a very good location. It's very close to Füssen downtown. We have also visited Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles, they're 5-10 minutes away by car. The hotel has parking spaces in front of the building, also has a backyard that you can spend some time. The room was very comfortable and clean and we'll decorated. I strongly recommend that hotel for your Füssen and castle trips.

It was a fantastic stay,
The hotel as a property is charming from interior and exterior alike, the location is simply perfect to explore both fussen center and fussen surroundings, the staff were very friendly, parking prices are very reasonable and the breakfast was amazing in terms of both variety and atmosphere.
